1 General Introduction

The Horizontal Screw Belt Mixer is a new type, high efficiency mixing equipment, which is widely used in food and chemical industry. Horizontal tube body, inner & outer dual screw with special structure, running stable, best quality, low noise, long life, convenient installation, widely usage, with many kind of mixer structure, multiple function. Whole machine except for motor is made of stainless steel with warm sheet, bearing great pressure, make easy-forming material into difficult forming after filling steam for different mixing requirements, use different screw structure, rapid & thorough mixing. There is a split window in the body for cleaning load coefficient large, covering small surface.

5 Operation & Setting 5-1 Preparing for running

Keep the machine stable. Check the power supply if it is correct.

5-2 Operation

a) Turn on the Power switch, and turn the Emergency to make it on releasing way. Adjust run-time through the Time relay on the cabinet. (See Figure III)

b) Control the machine working trough the buttons on the right side of the cabinet.

Start: to make the motor run Stop: to make the motor stop Discharge: to send out the products in the Blender.

c) Discharge all the products off after the screw running. Close the valve when all the products clear out. And start the next working after all the processes. See Figure IV
