Is a knowledge manager
“Knowledge is a process that
happens in everybody’s mind.
Is stimulated by all things
surrounding us that we receive
and learn as information, and
make us produce responses
that generally come as derived
information, decisions and
actions”.
Today’s consultant understand the
diverse processes that allow for
knowledge development. Is capable of
configuring them in a cycle we could
manage to help us achieve our goals,
both personal and corporative.

Is an Organizer…
First identifies key factors of assignment. These factors could be summarized as the results that has to get and circumstances that will affect them.
Then will make its next move, that is setting a team that meets all required competencies to do the job.
As an organizer, translates the assignment in: goals, deliverables, tasks, procedures (controlled), tools and convenient infrastructure, clear roles (stating entry and exit dates)
and a structure that simplifies information flow to operate (defining, communicating, controlling, decision making, approving, accepting, etc.).

The Consultant, as a project manager, gets the most of the work plan and its disciplined tracking.
Timely identifies deviations, comprehends causes, procures solutions formulation and stimulates the establishment of realistic commitments.
Controls as well, verifying the effective and efficient execution of tasks.
To do this, supervises selection of suppliers and preparation of quality specs, aligning these with those obligations acquired with the job owners.
Assures too the quality of deliverables and verifies satisfaction of beneficiaries, procuring formal reception and acceptance of final products.

Is an Innovator…
Knows very well that a new product, or a new way of working or new resources, rarely corresponds to a new technology, previously inexistent.
To innovate explores the way the work is done, the circumstances and how resources are used. And pays careful attention to use proven technologies assembling them to produce novel architectures,
resulting in products that offers to the customers a set of valued attributes that were not available to them beforehand.
…and a COACH too!
The consultant can see in the own self and in every individual a “corporative athlete”1, that shall be assisted to develop all its capabilities.
Understands that every person will reach the best performance as soon as an adequate balance of "stress" and recovery is established.
Has learned very well that the key for talent development resides in motivation, and because of this sets and helps others set life challenges that are difficult and transcending.
