She has a closed posture which could suggest she is not very confident about her body which breaks the stereotype of a female artist. Her clothing is very flimsy and low cut at the back which is also very sensual. We can also see her tattoo which attracts in the viewer to look at the whole picture. Rihanna appeals to both genders as males would find her attractive and would most likely to want their girlfriends to look like Rihanna. Females could aspire to be her although in this picture she doesn’t set a good example in this picture as she is smoking. The genre of music that is being represented here is r&b as her look is very ‘rebel’ looking. The high key lighting makes her eyes stand out over the smoke.

He would appeal mainly to females as they may aspire for their boyfriend to look like, likewise, males may feel like they want to be like him. His expressions are formal but he has a slight smirk which adds a feel of seductiveness into the image.
