Quality assurance as a core area

When it comes to quality, we do not compromise. SQS and IQNet

certifi cation demonstrates that Mungo operates an appropriate

management system meeting the requirements of the international

standards for quality management and quality assurance

according to ISO 9001:2000. In addition to outside monitoring,

in-house test, inspection equipment and laboratories ensure the

safety and quality of the individual products. Optical gauging of

the products with analysis in the SPC offers a reliable indication of

the controlled and capable production process.

Nylon - the optimum material for the fastening world

Mungo nylon-products are made from high-grade polyamide PA6. Due to its excellent characteristics PA6 can be described as the most valuable material in the fastening world.

Large temperature range of – 40 °C up to +100 °C •

Absorption of humidity results in high mechanical features such as impact strength and resistant to distortion

Excellent stability in terms of dynamic loads •

Minor infl ammability and self-extinguishing •

Halogen-free material •

Screw types

The following screw types can be used with Mungo nylon plugs:

Wood screws •

Chipboard screws •

Metric screws •

(with exception of Hammer screws that contain special nails with single cut threads)

Modular packing system

The majority of our products are packed in only 9 different folding

boxes. You can fi nd an overview of the possible combinations

on the folding page in the catalogue, all packing quantities are

coded accordingly so that the dimensions and quantities can easy

be determined.

The advantages are as follows: Optimised appearance by uniform boxes

Larger stability due to new designed and reinforced boxes

Co-ordinated packing on all our products

Folding boxes are always compatible with at least two larger outer cartons
