• Learning revolves around behaviour not knowledge. How does a good leader behave? • But we also want the student to express themselves. The learner is given the
opportunity to establish what they expect to learn. They can then feed back to the course runner whether they achieved this goal and further learning material can be
dispensed as necessary. • The learner’s data inputs will also be scanned for ‘key words’ and instantly marked on
this basis. This allows the user to really get stuck into the eLearning and offer their opinions – we’re no longer limited to multiple choice!
