Exhibit Floor Pass with Lunch $25: See registration for details. Seminar Location: All sessions will be held at the Peoria Civic Center, 201 SW Jefferson, Peoria. A map of the area, directions, and free parking information will be included in your conference registration confirmation. Lodging: Participants are responsible for their own hotel accommodations. The Dave Marshall Memorial Golf Outing will be held at WeaverRidge Golf Course in Peoria, Illinois with a shotgun start at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 4. The golf tournament format includes a 4-person scramble. Green fee, cart, lite lunch and dinner are included in the $65 per golfer fee. Conference registration fee does not include golf. Please note later start time than previous years. Dress Code: Please dress casual for all conference and meal functions. Cancellation Policy: If you register and find that you can’t attend, please make every attempt to send a substitute. We will refund your registration fee if you notify us in writing on or before April 8, 2016.
