-101 as shown on page 7. Do r.ot cut i~to flange of heat shield. Finish cut edge of strap wit.~ alodine and epoxy primer. Fabrica~e new section of strap identical to pcr~icn removed and reinstall outer joint strap with NAS 1097AD5 and CR 3214-5 rivets as shown.

-101 as shown on page a. Do not cut in~o flange of heat shield. Finish cut edge of strap with alodine and epoxy primer. Fabricate new section of strap identical to portion re.moved and reinstall cuter joint strap with NAS 1057AD5 and CR 3214-5 rivets as show-n .

Tab at XN 280.0 (both sides}: Remove tail cone and remove damaged aft strap 8541 1027 .

Fabricate new strap frcm .032 2024 Cr.A:) TJ (QQ-A-250/5) identical to original strap. Finish wit..~ alodine and epoxy primer. Reinstall with NAS 1097A.05 rivets (dimple strap) as per original .

2. Alodine all parts in accordance wit.~ DASH 8 Struc~ural Repai.:Manual PSM 1-8-3/1-83-J, Ch. 51-20-16.

3. Epoxy prime all metal parts in accordance wit..~ DASH 8 Structural Repair Manual PSM 1-a-J/1-83-3, Ch. 51-20-36.

4. MS20426 ADJ rivets may" be used in lieu of NAS 1097AD3 rivets as follows: Countersink material for NAS 1097AD3 rivet and install MS20426AD3 rivet. Shave ~roud head flush to surface and touch up with alodine. MS20426 ADS rivets may be used in lieu of NAS 1097AD5 rivets as follows: countersink (or dimple) material for NAS 1097AD5 rivet and install MS20426ADS rivet. Shave proud head flush to surface and touch up with alodine.
