cepting whllo being bundled In duocourso of business; nor to nny food orfoodstuffs kept In refrigerators, meatsafes, or compartments protecting thesumu from dust, and dirt, contact ofnnd contamination by Hies und otherinsects and from promiscuous handlingand other contamination.
SUCTION B. No food or foodstuffshereinbefore mentioned shall be exposed for sale or displayed unless thebottom of tho box or other refceptacle,containing such article. Is raised atleast two (2) feet ubove level of thelloor or sidewalk.

censed or unlicensed, at which food,foodstuffs, confections or provisions forhuman consumption aro kept for sale,nnd to all licensed or unlicensed vehicles from which nny food, foodstuffs,article of diet or confection Is Bold oroffend for salo.

It shall bo tho duty ofthe City and County Physician, tlmfoodnnd sanitary Inspectors and tho policeofficers of the City und County of Holiolulu to enforce the provisions of thisOrdinance, nnd for.uch purposo all ofthe said otllctals and ofllcers shall, atall reasonable hours, have access to anymarket, market stall, stoie, Btand, cafe,restaurant, or other place herein men- -
tlont.il, for the purposo of Inspection,SUCTION 8. Any person who shall
