7. Entrants mustwear club colours and licence numbers.8. Age group 10tags must be worn on the front and back

to qualifyfor age category prizes.9. All entrants must display two numbers on their vests.

10. If you are not in possession of a valid, current licence,then you must purchase a temporary licence. Theseare availableat R20each.

11. All temporary licence runners compete in the opencategory, unless they are wearing an age group 10tag(front and back) to qualify for age category prizes.

13. All foreign athletes must comply with IAAF rule 142.1and 142.2. Foreign athletes must be able to produce aletter from their respective federations permitting themto participate on raceday.

14. Drinking / sponging stations shall be provided at threekilometer intervals. Water and other suitablerefreshments shall beavailable at the start and finish.

15. Distance markerswill be placedat every kilometer.16. Athletes must stay on the right hand side of the road at

all times unless instructed differently by the marshalsand traffic officers.

17. NO CHANGING from the Full Marathon to the HalfMarathon orvisa versa will beallowed.

t-shirt, goodie bagwith final instructions.24. Buses and taxi's will be used to transport runners to the

start in the forest. These vehicles leave from VigilanceDrivefrom 04:45 onwards. NB:ALL FULL MARATHONrunners must catch a bus or taxi before 06:00 to be ontime fortheirstart at 07:00.

25. A tog bag vehicle will be on hand to transport your togbag backtothefinish venue.

26. All home comforts have been laid on at the start. Therewill befree tea, coffee and biscuits for the competitors.

27. Please catch an early bus to the start, as the start willnot bedelayed for late arrivals.

28. Prize giving will commence at the finish at 12:30. Youmust bt?present to be eligible for the big lucky drawprize.

29. Refreshments and food will be on sale from 12:00 onthe Friday 9 July 2010 aswell as on race day.

30. The New Balance Moisture Management t-shirt hasshort sleeves and the cotton t-shirt has longsleeve.

31. Unclaimed t-shirts will be sold at the finish on Saturdaymorning.
