mcr ALPE single leaf HINGED DOORS FIRE RESISTANT EI260/EI130CORNER DOOR FRAME (STANDARD)

1.1. General characteristics.

The production of fire resistant hinged doors mcr ALPE is based on a CNC technology of door leaves integration by means of bending and riveting. This method ensures considerable resistance to corrosion as well as a perfect door leaf surface finish. The core of the door leaf is composed of high-density mineral wool glued into two shaped steel sheets of 0.8 mm, with RAL 7035 finish standard. The door leaf thickness is 63 mm, weight 29 kg/m². In standard doors’ range there are two hinges, one of which is spring-wound for automatic door closing. However, for fire resistant doors a door closer is always recommended. If the door height exceeds 2150 mm, a third hinge is required. Doors are manufactured tailor-made to customer’s order. For transport and assembling works, the doors are protected by a plastic film which is laid onto door surface just at the end of production process.

The STANDARD door model is equipped with:• Mortise latch and dead bolt lock (DIN)• Handle set made of grey or black PVC • Standard European cylinder • Anti-burglary pin on hinges’ side• Door closer reinforcement on hinges’ side• Intumescent gasket• Rubber gasket• Temporary installation bar in the bottom part

On customer’s request, the door may be equipped with various accessories and ancillary equipment: • Door handle made of stainless steel or aluminium

• 3D hinges made of stainless steel• Door closer • Anti-panic lock • Electric strike• Electric lock• Ventilation grill

• Pre-coated metal sheets: RAL 5010, 9002, 9006, 9010, 9016

• Door leaf sheet thickness range from 0.6 to 1.25 mm

• Powder coating - all RAL colours• Kit for external door: anti-rain cap + automatic threshold seal or threshold

• Square, rectangular or round glazing (vision panel)

• Kick plate made of stainless steel • Position signalling contact (magnetic contact)

1.2. Door frame.

As standard, the door is equipped with corner frame. The frame is made of profiled and zinc plated steel 1.5 mm thick and coated with the same RAL colour as the door leaf. Rubber gasket is included. Non-standard frame sizes are made of 1.8 mm steel.
