Introduction The Six Sigma Master Black Belt Professional is a teacher and a leader. As a leader, the MBB will have responsibility for overseeing projects with multiple Black Belt and Green Belt participation that will significantly change the way the organization does business. As a teacher, the MBB is responsible for the on-going development of existing Black Belts as well as the development of new ones.

Six Sigma Master Black Belt Professional should be a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt who have led and completed at least 2 projects effecting an increase/recover of revenue or Reduction/avoidance of operation cost of at least INR 1 million for the organization(s)

In order to obtain the certification, each candidate should

1. Submit C.V & Six Sigma Black Belt completed certificate 2. Submit a project affidavit and project document showing the result of his/her 2 projects. 3. Provide evidence of 20 hrs of Six Sigma training to other professionals. 4. Pass the assessment of Examination Board by attending a one-and-a-half hour interview (45-minutes presentation of the projects experience and 45-minutes of oral exam on the MBB competency skills - (if required).
