14
Mar.com. Plan 2017 - What
• Members First
IIBA Italy Chapter is reaching critical mass that will enable targeted members activities. 2017 is the Year
• Single view of the truth
Let all members & prospective members touch-point data generate value, in compliance with new personal data policies
• Universities and youth gen
In alignment with IIBA global strategy and new certification levels have a specific campaign to spread BA among the youth
• New Sponsors campaign
Exploit track record of value initiatives to sponsors in a larger scale funding campaign for 2017
15
Mar.com. Plan 2017 – How
• Apply best practices: leveraging experiences in customer relationship management applied to the no-profit sectors
• Leverage Socials: with an approach of bi-directional omni-channel communications. We ‘sell’ professionalism, knowledge and networking in Business Analysis!
• Promote Collaborations: find opportunities for each member to let her/his expertise and passion be of value for the rest of the community

Further considerations
• Marketing & Communication so far managed to work at 0 budget, using work and expertise of volunteers and web 2.0 free resources. This will go on but…
• …an analysis to evaluate best ROI for a marketing investment will
be carried over in 2017, with definition of a possible budget required to invest in Social Campaigns
• The Marketing & Comunication Deputy Director is changing: thanks to Vito Savino for his great contribution and welcome to the new Director: looking forward for renewed initiatives, with ever growing quality, volumes and reach throughout Italy!
