Further considerations

• Marketing & Communication so far managed to work at 0 budget, using work and expertise of volunteers and web 2.0 free resources. This will go on but…

• …an analysis to evaluate best ROI for a marketing investment will

be carried over in 2017, with definition of a possible budget required to invest in Social Campaigns

• The Marketing & Comunication Deputy Director is changing: thanks to Vito Savino for his great contribution and welcome to the new Director: looking forward for renewed initiatives, with ever growing quality, volumes and reach throughout Italy!

• Organizing the websites: the goal is to gain full control of all the websites used to communicate with Members and with the target of the IIBA Italy Chapter activities.

• Chapter Main website (currently managed by the Secretary)

• Organizing the tools: tools used for the everyday activities of the Chapter must be identified and managed:

• Google groups

• Webinar tool

• Organizing Data: Operations is not the primary user of data, but it can help provide the information to the relevant Director

• Organizing work processes and procedures: Operations must support everyday activities by providing common policies and procedures (e.g. for events) of providing other Directors the tools to create their own.

Enhancement of knowledge & BA Certifications

1. New Initiatives GDS 2017 – Group of Study for the ECBA® exam

• Engagement of people not yet certified (GDS 2017)

• 14 Webinars – Questions & Answers – 21 CDU

• 1 single edition – max 30 participants

• Start on March 2017 – 4 CBAP® involved volunteers

2. Support of Italy Chapter’s members on:

a) Certification application form explanation – n°3 off webinars planned in the 3rd and 4th quarter

b) Re-certification requirements; clarify the information needed to maintain their CBAP® designation – available on request @Education mail – on-going support

3. New Pills of Business Analysis for University students and youngpractitioners.

Introduction to BA and Certification 1 Level (ECBA).

a. Document to be prepared by volunteers in italian language.

b. Document to be stored in the IIBA Italy Chapter site.

c. Co-operation with Marketing and Communication to present the new ECBA certification to University and students.

4. Verification of the WIZIQ tool for the GDS

Evaluate of existing (and practical) alternatives to WIZIQ by the end of February 2017 to overcome the problem of maximum 10 participants.

Preliminary analysis carried out to assess performances on 12 items (10 tools with different available characteristics). Restricted the choice on 2; final selection planned within February and purchased tool availablebefore the beginning of the GDS (expected start date 9 March 2017)

Item 3 & 4 to be designed and planned in co-operation with otherdirectors (I.e. either Operations and Marketing).
