Product range - universal mounting kit

Fibre rod modules for a directionalpretension of the e-chain® | For TRC·TREWe supply fully assembled fibre rod modules for triflex® R e-chain®,

series TRC and TRE. The integrated fibre rods generate a directional

pretension of the e-chain®. This system creates a unique choice

of combinations for the energy supply system on the end axes of

industrial robots. The fibre rod module guides the unsupported

e-chain® to the front, parallel to the robot arm.

Universal mounting kit | For TRC·TREStainless steel angle tube with attachment brackets and module

retainer. Freely positionable. The energy supply system can be

quickly and easily adapted to the new programming sequences

of the robot. Sizes 40 / 60 with 2 mounting brackets - with 3

mounting brackets starting at size 70.

For simple multi-axis applications,easy filling from 2 sides - easy triflex®

The easy triflex® series was developed to allow safe energy supply in multi-dimensional movements. Indoing so the flexibility of a hose was combined with the stability of an e-chain® and its defined radii. Withthe easy triflex® the installation of cables and hoses is very easy. With flexible crossbars the cables canbe simply pushed into the e-chain® from above or below. The unique modular programme allows youto follow very complex movements. For example: combine 1-axis, 2-axis and 3-axis movement links inone e-chain®.

As standard separators are assembled every 2nd e-chain® link.

Vertical separatorsModular separators are available as interior separation for

the igus® triflex® system. They can be used for both vertical

and horizontal subdivision. If the separators are assembled

every other link and turned 90°, the e-tube can be subdivided

into four segments. We recommend ordering the e-tube

preassembled, as subsequent assembly of separators is

only possible after dismantling the e-tube. Please note that

assembled separators have a different part number than

unassembled separators.
