IGI PROJECT DELIVERY

IGI will provide all of the components and functionality as set forth in a detailed list of components and deliverables contained within the final design document. This proposal, along with the customer purchase order, will act as the “statement of work” Project Drawings

IGI will provide a complete set of “as built” drawings as part of the contractual deliverables. These drawings will cover the following:

• Installation infrastructure • Electronic component schematics • Architectural layouts

Pre-Installation Assembly and Testing of System at IGI Facility

IGI will build and test the complete system at our Commerce, MI facility where the customer will have the opportunity to conduct a “pre-installation" acceptance at IGI. This customer acceptance will include verification of all system performance requirements. At this time the customer will also have the opportunity to request changes to the functionality of the system, changes in the design of the control system or request additional functional or configuration changes. The customer will be requested to provide a written approval of the system as meeting the specifications as outlined in the “Statement of Work”. Customer change requests will be addressed with the Change Control Process detailed below. Customers are requested to provide standardized company laptops for testing and system configuration.

Change Control Process

IGI will manage changes to the specifications detailed in this proposal using our Change Control Process. Changes to the specifications will be documented and analyzed for impact to the system design, the installation timeline and to the cost of delivering the project. This analysis will be presented to the customer for their approval to proceed with the requested changes, including any additional costs to the Customer. The analysis will result in one of the following conclusions:

• Negligible impact, relative to both time and cost, • Impact on schedule, requiring more time than originally planned • Impact on cost, requiring additional investment by the customer

IGI will present the analysis results to the Customer for their decision to proceed or not to proceed with implementation of the change(s). Installation of System at Customer Facility

IGI will provide technical, engineering and supervision to accomplish the following:

• Build all pre-fabricated IGI projection, mirror, screen, enclosure and structures • Deliver all equipment to Customer facility • Build and install all electronics equipment racks, test all electronic equipment,

and connect all equipment per IGI component audio/video/control schematics • Run all system video cables (fiber and low voltage copper) • Align projection equipment per IGI installation drawings • Place and assemble all IGI provided structures at Customer facility • Install screen and structure as specified • Verify that the final configuration meets IGI design specifications

Infrastructure Requirements

IGI will collaborate closely with our Customer and its building contractors and subcontractors during the building’s pre-construction phase to ensure that a proper infrastructure is planned and executed to support the system’s electrical, HVAC, lighting, audio and any other considerations required to support the system’s operation.

Testing and Acceptance after Installation at Customer Site

Before customer acceptance tests are scheduled, IGI will perform its own system review. Customer will furnish all required test equipment and IGI will perform all work necessary to determine and/or modify performance of the system to meet the requirements of these specifications and drawings. This work will include the following:

• Testing of all computer/video inputs, outputs • Testing of all projection and video processing equipment • Testing of all control system functionality • Ensuring all electronic/mechanical installation has been performed per IGI

designs Project Close-Out Submittals

Upon project completion the following will be submitted to the Customer: • Electronic PDF files of the as-built drawings, user’s guide and equipment

information • A hard copy of the system user’s guide • Completed customer acceptance sign off documentation

All tuning and adjustment settings will have hard copy data bound and turned over to the Customer. IGI will submit recorded drawings and documentation of tests, measurements and adjustments performed. All deliverables will be furnished. Customer Training

IGI will provide four (4) hours of user training for the installed system to the Customer’s designated personnel, instructing them in the operation and basic maintenance of the system. The training session will take place after the system is completely operational at a time prearranged with the Customer. The training session will take place after the system is completely operational at a time prearranged with the Customer.

Timeline for Delivery

Project schedule is determined upon conducting a site survey. System is shipped approximately 12 – 16 weeks after receipt of Customer’s purchase order. The actual installation timeframe will be confirmed with the Customer once the system has been tested at IGI and approved for installation by IGI management and the Customer as described above. Equipment and Materials

All equipment and components will be new unless noted or supplied by the Customer. Any equipment furnished by the Customer must be verified operational per manufacturer specification prior to IGI installation. IGI will not be responsible for the condition or performance of Customer supplied equipment. Customer supplied equipment that is not in fully operational condition will not be implemented into IGI installed systems. General Project Notes
