As work progresses, Henry can update the work order as needed with additional parts and services. He’ll also have access to the customer’s service history and equipment information.

iFleet can be used to navigate from job to job. Henry’s company records precise time information (for billing and payroll purposes), so Henry will use iFleet to track his travel time, as well as mark his arrival.

Once the job is completed, Henry will present the work order (and/or a custom form) to his customer, collect a payment, and finalize the job. After that, he’s off to his next assignment!

Once Henry syncs his device, the finished work order will be filed across his office network. Office staff can then post the job to QuickBooks, making it a permanent part of the company’s service history!
