Genesis 1 is a foundational chapter!

By the word of Jehovah were the heavens made, And all the host of them…. For he spake, and it was done... (Ps. 33:6, 9).

I am Jehovah, that maketh all things; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth... (Isa. 44:24).

He hath made the earth by his power... and by his understanding hath he stretched out the heavens (Jer. 10:12).

The God that made the world and all things therein... (Acts 17:21).

Genesis 1 is a foundational chapter!

By faith we understand that the worlds have been framed by the word of God, so that what is seen hath not been made out of things which appear. (Heb. 11:3).

Rev. 4:11, Worthy art thou, our Lord and our God, to receive the glory and the honor and the power: for thou didst create all things, and because of thy will they were, and were created.
