Mr. Abdul Khalique Khan: The most imperative decision was to
leave my well-established job as I was Deputy General Manager at
Descon with a vast experience of almost 26 years, getting all the

Mr. Abdul Khalique Khan: My advice to students are to believe in
themselves, build a capability to cope with difficulties, obstructions and
never lose hope. Develop professional skills by actively participating
in societies and polish all the good qualities, and respect humanity
without any discrimination. I strongly suggest them to do job in abroad
as foreign industries teach a lot of lessons and make the person perfect
technically and professionally expert and eventually work for the
prestige of our country. In short, set a goal, put your heart into it, take
risks, go to abroad, learn and enhance new skills and when you feel like
that you’re ready to serve your country, come back and make this
country a better place.
METEORIET: How do you see yourself as professional?
Mr. Abdul Khalique Khan: As a professional, I’m a risk taker and a
target oriented person with a strong self-esteem and belief that
everything is possible. My loyalty, honesty and continuous hard work
helped me excel in life. I took problems as an opportunity and instead
getting tense and wasting time, I try for best solutions and I consider all
the situations before a decision to successfully accomplish with a strong
determination. I had never gave up in my life. These are qualities for

skills like leadership, teamwork, communication, problem solving
skills etc. These things are very necessary for a person to survive in an
industry and to get promotions in a fastest way.

person sitting in front of you?
Mr. Abdul Khalique Khan: Body language. It gives a clear glimpse
of how much the person is passionate, in talking and if that is interview,
for a job. Secondly, knowledge and way of expression. In my
