 Advanced IE Browser Settings 

This procedure will speed up IE browsing and also will reduce unnecessary client to proxy traffic.  1. Open Internet Explorer.

2. Go to “Tools” & select “Internet Options…”

3. Under “General” tab, & in “Temporary Internet files” section, click on “Settings…”

4. Choose “Automatically” & increase the “Temporary Internet files folder” to “1000” & then Click on “OK”

5-a. Go to “Security” tab, click on “Internet” under web zone settings, and then click on “Custom Level...”

5-b. Find “Allow paste operations via scripts” option, under “Scripting” settings; & choose “Disable”.

And Click on “OK”.

6-a. Click on “Local intranet”, and then click on “Custom Level...”

6-b. Find “Allow paste operations via scripts” option, under “Scripting” settings; & choose “Disable”.

And Click on “OK”.

7-a. Click on “Trusted sites”, and then click on “Custom Level...”

7-b. Find “Allow paste operations via scripts” option, under “Scripting” settings; & choose “Disable”.

And Click on “OK”.

8. Go to “Advanced” tab, & find “HTTP 1.1 settings”, make sure that both items are selected :

Use HTTP 1.1 Use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connections

And Click on “OK”.
