Trust & Team work
Climbing: truly trust the other, as security is provided by a person that controls the rope, if he fails, you may fall. He has to pay constantly attention in your moves, in that way you are secure to keep your path and advance.
Water Rafting: every one has to work together and trust the leader for directions. If one stops, others have to work harder.
Development
Need to develop others to go further and improve as a team. Learn how to motivate, overcome limits and fear as an individual and a team.
Strategic Thinking
Thinking strategically to chose the best paths down the river and in the mountain.
Persistence

Connecting to people from diverse backgrounds, discovering the worlds
heritages, art and music, living different cultures have broaden my way
of viewing life and facing challenges.
It has developed my ability to quickly adapt to change and has enabled
me to discover a real passion for diversity and knew experiences.
Curiosity and passion have taken me to discover 18 countries. In which I
took a value of life from.
From what I have learnt so far and by experiencing the IE IMBA, I
envision to be a better leader by coordinating multicultural teams,
challenging the status quo and having innovative business ideas to
create a positive impact in the society.
Sports, social work and travel not only describe who I am but also help me become who I desire to be!
All of that connects me to the world, nature, society, people, feelings…
Learning turns me into a better person, a better person who wants to keep learning, connecting, improving, experiencing, innovating!
The IE MBA will get me out of my comfort zone as radical sports do, will bring the world to me as travelling does by putting me in contact to people from different
backgrounds and will bring diversity as social work does. At IE I hope to collaborate with the Social Innovation Cluster and the FinancIEros sin Fronteras, make a difference
at the IE Social Responsibility Forum and innovate at the Social Impact Lab.
…and challenges myself every single time, but in different ways. Every time I am out of my comfort zone I learn!
