Youcanmakeuseof6phonelinesforbothincomingandoutgoingconversations. YoucaneasilyswitchfromlinesbyleftclickingontheLinebuttonyouwanttouseforthephone

call.

TheselectedlinebydefaultisLine1anditscolourisgreen.Whenyouselectanyotheridleline(e.ganyblueline)itbecomesselectedandgreen.

Alineinamiddleofanestablishedconversationiscolouredinyellow.Ifyouselectit,itscolourchangestogreen.

A line, receiving an incoming callbecomes pink in colour. Note that an incoming call is alsonotifiedwithanInfoPad,andanoptionalpopupwindow.

3.5Hold

Whenanincomingoroutgoingcallbecomesaccepted,theHoldbuttonwillbecomeenabled.

YoucanconfigureAsterisksothatthecallerwhoisputonholdlistenstomusicwhilewaitingonthephone.

3.6Transferringcalls

3.6.1Transfer

1. Whenanincomingoroutgoingcallbecomesaccepted,theTransferbuttonwillbecomeenabled.Totransferacall(nomatterincomingoroutgoing),clickontheTransferbutton.

2. TheTransfer popupwindowwillappear.

2.UsetheNumberfieldtoenterthenumbertowhichyouwouldliketotransferthecall.

3.6.2Attendedtransfer

TomakeanAttendedtransferwithIDEFISK:

1. Change theAsterisk configuration file features.conf to thedesiredDTMF sequence thatwillbeusedforAttendedtransfer.

2. Find in theconfiguration file the lineshownbelow, touncommentandset them to thedesiredvalues.

Blindtransferwillbesettobeexecutedafteryoupress# inacall. Attendedtransferwillbeexecutedonpressing*. Tousethe#sequenceforattendedtransferadifferentsequenceshouldbesetforblindtransfer

sequence.

TotransfercallsusingDTMFsequencesthet andToptionsshouldbesetintotheDial()application

Ifyouhaveamissedcall,theHistorybuttonwillbeflashingred.Ifyoumovethemouseoverthebutton,thenumberofmissedcallswillbeshown.

Conference and Voice mail are options for IDEFISK BIZ. These functions are not available with

IDEFISKFREE.Therefore,

ProvideinfoforatleastFirstnameandPhone.Theother5fieldscanbeleftemptyifyouwantto.

Tosavetime,itisbesttoaddthepersonsyoucallmostoftentotheQuickdialpad.YoucandothisbytickingtheQuickdialcheckboxwhenyouaddanewentrytoyourAddressbook.

5.Volumecontrol

You can easily control the incoming and outgoingvolume of IDEFISK.Adjust thevolumebymovingthesliderstotheleft(lesssound)ortheright(morevolume).

If you want to disable/enable the incoming/outgoing sound, click on the icon of theSpeaker,respectivelytheMicrophone.Theiconswillturnredwhenthesoundismute.

AlsonotetheAudiolevelindicatorswithinthesliders.Theyindicatetheoutgoingandincomingsoundrespectively.
