Mr. Swanand S. Dhondse – MBA - Aged 37 , is the Founder, Mentor & CMDo f the Infra Development

Consortium. Professional Experience of 16+ years

He holds very strong acumen of Corporate World. Well known personality in Cluster Development ( Also on Board of UNIDCO)

especially Industrial & Commercial Clusters. Capable of Conducting Project Research,

Project Reports, Feasibility Studies, Project Financing, Deep Market Research, Formulating

Project Revival Strategies. He holds expertise in visualization, conceptualization, strategic planning, business forecasting, policy

forecasting especially for infrastructure business

He is Pioneer Consultant for ‘ Special Economic Zone’ Scheme in India.

He holds credit of developing various special Economic Zones across India.

He is the certified Urban & Town planner. He

holds strong technical acumen of infrastructure development business especially township planning, city infrastructure

planning, Residential Development Planning, Master planning, Blue Printing & Business

Planning. His strong infrastructure development acumen is an asset of the organization. He also have in depth expertise

knowledge of Vastu Shastra – An Ancient Indian Infrastructure development science

Mr. Sushant R. Mirajkar Director – Operations & Founder Member

B.com (Shivaji University), DCM Mr. Sushant R. Miraj, Aged 44 is the Founder member &

Director – operation for IDC holds 24 years of Professional Experience raging in various business domain.

He had started his career in Banking Sector and

served various financial institutions He also hold experience in manufacturing industry

and in his tenure he had served organizations like Narmda Group, Thermax etc.

He had entered in to Real estate business and started his career in construction business as

construction contractor and in short time earned expertise in building foundations for wind mills and

renewable energy projects

He had played vital role in Renovation & Restoration of Main Station building of Chattrapati Shivaji Terminus – a World Heritage site under guidance of Hafiz

Contractor. His work is accredited by international media channel ‘National Geographic’

He holds rich & wide experience in Land Acquisition in Maharashtra, Legal procedures, Litigation Management, Survey, Planning, Designing, Liasoning etc.

He is also a social figure with experience in management of events like ‘Marathi
