Pivot sets include top and bottom pivots.Offset pivot sets are handed and require an

intermediate pivot to accommodate the door weights listed for each set. Door edges

must be beveled 1/8”in 2”.All sets are available in standard architectural finishes.

Intermediate pivots are used to keep doors in alignment. All intermediate pivots are

offset hung and cannot be used on center hung doors. Per NFPA 80, fire doors are

to have an intermediate pivot for additional 30”or fraction thereof for door heights

IDC Continuous Gear Hinges are all heavy duty. All hinges have double the number of

bearings of standard duty hinges and are pinless. There are no accessible screws, bolts or

pins when the door is closed. IDC gear hinges are surface applied to the frame and door.

No machining is required. Whether surface mount or concealed, the IDC continuous gear

hinges eliminate the gap between the door and frame, and provide a weatherproof,

tamper-proof barrier. The IDC gear hinges templated and the hole pattern is the same

from hinge to hinge.

IDC Stainless Steel Hinges are made of 304 Stainless Steel. Continuous Stainless Steel Hinges run the entire length of the door

eliminating any gaps between the door and the frame, providing high security and also distributing the weight of the door

evenly through the opening. Continous Stainless Steel Hinges are ideal for highly abusive & corrosive applications such as
