Da es sich hierbei um ein natürliches Produkt auf Basis eines Ceramin-Trägers handelt, möchten wir darauf hinweisen, dass es konstruktionsbedingt im nicht sichtbaren Bereich des Profils zu geringfügigen Lufteinschlüssen (Unebenheiten) kommen kann. Diese haben weder konstruktiv noch optisch negative Auswirkungen auf das Produkt. Sie stel-len daher keinen Grund zur Beanstandung dar.

Many thanks for deciding to buy our environmentally-friendly (ecological) design flooring. Since the item is a natural product based on a Ceramin substrate, we would like to point out that minor air inclusion (unevenness) may occur in the non-visible area of the profile for structural reasons. These do not have any negative effects on the product, either structurally or optically. For this reason it does not constitute a reason for a complaint.

Nous vous remercions d’avoir opté pour notre revêtement de sol design et respectueux de l’environnement (écologique). Étant donné qu’il s’agit d’un produit naturel basé sur un support Ceramin, nous tenons à signaler que des inclusions d’air minimes (irrégularités) peuvent figurer dans la partie non visible du profil, de par sa structure. Ces dernières n’ont aucun impact néga-tif sur le produit, tant au niveau structurel que visuel. Par conséquent, elles ne constituent pas un motif de réclamation.

Le agradecemos que se haya decidido por la adquisición de uno de nuestros suelos de diseño respetuoso con el medio ambiente (ecológico). Puesto que se trata de un producto natural basado en un soporte Ceramin, nos gustaría advertirle: Por motivos de la propia construcción, en la zona no visible del perfil pueden aparecer diminutas irregularidades en forma de bolsas de aire. Estas no tienen consecuencias negativas en el producto, ni estéticas ni constructivas, por lo que no constituyen motivo de reclamación.

Hartelijk bedankt voor uw aankoop van onze milieuvriendelijke (ecologische) designbodem. Omdat het hierbij om een natuurlijk product op basis van een Ceramin-drager gaat, willen wij u erop wijzen dat er vanwege van de constructie in het niet zichtbare gedeelte van het profiel kleine lucht opgenomen kan worden (oneffenheden). Deze hebben noch een constructief, noch een optisch negatief effect op het product. Zij zijn daarom geen reden voor reclamatie.
