The Broadbean integration will allow iCIMS users to post their requisitions to external channels without having to leave the iCIMS system.

You will first create your requisition within your ATS system.

Once the requisition has been completed, you will land on the Detail page as shown.

You will see the tab Advertise. By clicking on this tab, you will then be taken to the area to post your requisition to the external channels, using your Broadbean account

When the posting tab has opened, you will see the Post to Job Boards.

When you have posted your requisition out to the external channels, you will then see this appear in your results.

The icon circled (above right) is the Posting Center. When you are ready to push the advert out, you click this icon which will display a pop up option.

You will then need to publish the job on your Career Site before posting out via Broadbean.

You will see the option in the pop up to Post to Career Portals.

It is important to know that you will not be able to post out to an external channel until you have chosen the above.

Once the Career Portals section is complete, you will be able to select Broadbean on the Post to Web section.

Clicking on the Save button will then create the details that will be pushed through to your Broadbean account.

This will pull certain information into your Broadbean account to pre-populate the posting form.

Once you have clicked on the Save icon, your iCIMS account will start to prepare the information that needs to be sent through to Broadbean for your job posting.

You will see a loading sign and then the pop will display the message Proceed to Broadbean’s site to complete this posting…

Clicking this link will open a new window in your web browser where you will start to complete your posting to send to the external channels.

You will now be in a new window in your browser and also within the Broadbean system.

The first page you will land on is the Job Board selection page.

This is where you will be shown a list of the channels that have been made available to you for posting.

On clicking Continue, you will be taken to the next step of the posting process that will allow you to fill out specific information relating to the board you are posting to.

Details from your advert will be pulled through such as Reference Number, Job Title and Salary and Benefits

Creating your advert

You are able to choose the location of your job by simply entering the location in the free text field. As you start to enter your location, a list will appear that will show you the matching locations. You can now click on the correct option to save this to your advert. If you make an error, you are able to put in a new location to generate the list again.

Your Job Description will also pull through from iCIMS into Broadbean. You are able to edit the information here before sending but this will not update the information on your career site or within iCIMS.

You are given access to a HTML Editor as well as a spell check option to ensure all advert details are correct and in the right format.

Clicking Continue will take you to the Preview and Send page.

The last stage of the posting process allows you to preview the details of your advert.

You will be able to check the details that you filled out on the previous screen as well filling out any additional fields that may be required.

Certain information that you would have entered in the previous step will generate additional fields. These will be highlighted in Red for you to either check or to update.

It is important that these fields have the correct information in them as you will not be able to edit your advert once it has been posted to the external channels.

Just before you send your posting to the external channels, you will be able to choose when you would like your advert to be delivered using the Posting Time field. Your contact details will always be sent through with the Contact Name as your Company Name. Your contact email address will not be shown on any adverts as we will be sending the Apply Online URL, which is also pulled through from iCIMS. We will not send your Contact Telephone or Contact Fax numbers and these will not display on your advert. This is to force all applicants to apply on your Career Site.

Destinations & Advertising Periods can be utilised to choose how long an advert will be live for on the external channels. You will normally have options for 7, 14, 21 or 28 days but this will all be dependant on the boards you are posting to. Some boards choose to handle this at their end and therefor you will not have an option displayed.

Once you click on Send Advert, your advert will be pushed to the external channels and indicated on the next page. Clicking Continue will close this tab so you sent back to iCIMS

Status Page

The Status page will inform you on whether or not your adverts have gone live on the external channels.

You will see: • Board Name, which will display the channels

selected. Boards underlined and in red will hyperlink you to that job live on that channel

• Clicks, which will show you how many candidates have clicked on the apply button from that channel

• Activity, which shows when a job was posted and also shows it’s expiry/deletion date

• Status, which will inform you if the job went live or failed.

You also have the Publish and Republish options.

Publish allows you to repost the advert and follow the initial posting process without having to create the advert from scratch.

Republish will repost the advert to the previously posted to channels without any changes

Both of these options will cost you a credit with the boards and a Broadbean posting credit

Deletion of advert

To delete your requisition from the external channels, you will need to tick the box next to the Web Post line. This will normally be the bottom line.

You can then click on the red cross for Cancel Post. This will trigger a delete request to Broadbean which we will then send to the board to get this job removed from the external channels

You will then receive an update on your status page to show that the job has been removed.
