Who is a student of BBA (Hons) in Preston University Peshawar.The owner can help everyone in office, telephone, through emails, website and

through any channel.The owner can help very efficiently because he also have done one year 

computer diploma DIT from NWFP Technical board Peshawar.

 INTRODUCTION TO ZB LAPTOPS:Goal of ZB is to become the leading company in providing high quality

and more specifications of laptops in all over Pakistan in the future, to gain the repute of a market leader, which provide laptops range that speaks of its innovation & high qualityat value price for everyone, to achieve expertise over the time in order to give novelty of  patterns and familiarization in the electronics industry.

Company will provide products through extensive and exclusivechannels. Image in the market of the ZB would be maintained by providing quality products. Laptops provided by ZB are providing unmatchable variety of different productline in the market to the prospective customers. Culture of the company is maintained onthe ethical values of the customers.

We will manage all costs in accordance with the range of price that we plan to offer. Most of the traders sell laptops at high profit margin. We will discourage

this trend and will focus on prices according to the quality and specifications of thelaptops means suitable prices for the right products.

Price is also an important component of value. In recent years, customers both in consumer and business markets have sought better value in goods and servicesthat they consume—we are focusing on that—we will provide our customers best use of their money for those particular product i-e laptops. We have priced our products so thatthe money of the customer is valued as much as our own and they are provided with

quality products.We are going to target customers of upper-middle and middle social

class. We will target these segments and will place our products according to their

 PRODUCT STRATEGY:  ZB laptop is a trading company and it trades in a wide variety of brands andspecification of new and used laptops. ZB trades in laptop’s brands are HP, Dell,Sony, Toshiba, Compaq, Packard bell, MSI e.t.c.

  The next and most important question while product strategy is what is the plan to position the product in the market. So, ZB laptops company focus on four main things while launch the product in the market.

DESIGN:

The design of the company products is the selling point for it .the company provideits products with different design. So the designs are the most important thing while position the product into the market.

The company use the prices which are below its competitor in order to attract morecostumers mostly the prices of the company’s laptop is minimum 15000 rupees ascompared to the competitor companies which sales it in market at 18000 .and similarlythe prices of the accessories are also low.• The company sells it product with 15% profit mark up to buyer in to

maintain its sales.

• The sales of company,s laptops are much higher , so the company sells the

accessories at below cost in order to attract more costumer so bags and other 

accessories are the loss leader item for the company.

• If the products of the company is remain at stock the company sells it at

discount in order to avoid storing or discarding it. The goal of the company is to

minimize loss rather than earn profit.

The company offers special prices to its profitable costumers the prices can be in the form of lower prices or a free product reward.

• The company also offers special discounts if the costumer purchase a bundel

of our products for example if costumer purchase 2 laptps instead of one then we

offer special pricess which is below cost. Or if somone purchase three laptps instead

on one then it will get a special price or a bag free.

• The company also offers packages like buy 2jeans and get 1 bag free or buy

3 bags and get one jeans free in order to attract costumers.

• The company also offers membership cards to its costumers at which they can get

special benefits on purchase of products.

• The company wil also make many retail stores in other cities through

where its costumer can purchase its products .

• The company have a main center in GUL-HAJI PLAZA where its

 buisness runs in order to make the purchase of the costumer directly from

the trader.

 Promotion strategy:• The company has a personal website through which it advertise its

 products on internet the people can also place order through internet and see

the products of the company.

• The company also advertise its products through tv and cable

channels .The company spent a lot on it.

• The company advertise its products through banners.

• The company makes the concerts,road shows to advertise its

 products.

• The company arrange the small stalls to introduce its products where

its marketer. 

ECONOMIC CONDITIONS OF PESHAWAR : 

As per information on Pakistan economic conditions in financial year 2008, value of 

Pakistani rupee has decreased in value because of political and economic instability.Pakistan is known to have one of fastest developing economies in world. Though it is a poor country, Economic conditions in Pakistan point out that growth rate has been better than global average growth rate.

Fiscal deficit as targeted in 2009 is 5.5 percent of GDP, which was 7.4 percent in 2008fiscal. Pakistan economic conditions are not going to get any better in 2009 as it has beenestimated that inflation will get down to 20 percent by July 2009. It has been found out infirst quarterly review that condition stabilized and huge sum was borrowed from central

 bank.Economy of Pakistan is going through political and economical turmoil at present. After Mumbai attacks, this country went through financial crisis as there were international pressures. Karachi Stock Exchange in 2009 experienced a great blow with five percentoff in a single day. This has been recorded as worst single-day act in last 32 months.

Political upheaval also forces economy of Pakistan to depend on International MonetaryFund (IMF).It has been recorded that Pakistan economic conditions suffered worst hit during October 2007 to October 2008 as there was 25 percent inflation and from international reservesabout 10 billion dollars had to be taken off. Economic managers of Pakistan approachedIMF to stabilize economic crunch. A stand by loan of 7.6 billion dollars was approved byIMF to pull Pakistan out of economic crisis.According to present economic conditions of Pakistan, GDP purchasing power parity has been estimated to be $454.2 billion in fiscal 2008. $160.9 billion was GDP officialexchange rate. Real growth rate to GDP has been at rate of 4.7 percent in 2008. $2,600has been contributed to per capita GDP. There were 50.58 million workers in Pakistan.

Pakistan economic conditions are also marked by contribution of various sectors to GDP by different sectors of national economy. In fiscal 2008 agricultural sector contributed20.4 percent, while 263.6 percent came from industrial sector. Service sector offered 53 percent to GDP in 2008.Pakistan aims to reduce poverty, which is main concern for economic department of government. Focus is also given on betterment of infrastructure as well. Plans have beenmade to make more roads, dams and power generating plants so that people get more jobopenings and thereby help development.

Conclusion:

  Since, the economic conditions of Pakistan are not too good but thegovernment and people of Pakistan are trying individually and collectively to make them better.

All the peoples are going to join good jobs, and they want to reduce their  poverty. To get a good job everyone need some skills and education.
