The Voyage

We take the time to assess each and every one of our clients' needs and desires in order to provide the

A magnificent palace in the most prestigious area of Ibiza city centre, next to the an-cient cathedral and with spectacular views over the old and new town, the extravagant marina and the Mediterranean sea. Externally this villa stands on one of Ibiza’s pretty, winding cobbled streets in an area as old as time itself, but internally the emphasis is very much on modern life.

The ultimate in luxurious experiences. From the glittering floors to the designer furnishings and state-of the-art technology, all is tastefully combined with traditional features and natural stone.

In the entrance is a hallway with a difference, a stone archway houses a small alcove with a glass floor panel which gives a view into another world below.

Unique Residence

A stairway leads to a bedroom with a kitchen-ette, separate bathroom and an exit leading di-rectly to the street. Ideal for service or security staff.

On the Mezzanine floor there is a guest wash-room and two double bedrooms sharing a com-plete bathroom with direct access. One of the bedrooms has its own private furnished ter-race. Also on this floor is the elegant dining room, the superbly spacious and luxuriously furnished lounge, designed in crisp shining monochrome, and the fully equipped kitchen.

This is a palace on several levels and with a very special feel.

The Master suite is housed on the first floor and has its own comfortable lounge area, dressing room and a superb full bathroom with hydro massage tub. The first floor also con-sists of another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a plush home cinema with huge screen and comfortable seating. This Palacio is fully air conditioned/heated and has a garage for two cars.

The final floor is the roof terrace a huge relaxing wooden platform overlooking the whole of Ibiza old town. Sumptuous-ly furnished it features a fabulous floodlit pool, barbecue and shaded dining area with views to the cathedral and down to the bustling activity of D’Alt Vila, the harbour and the Cristal clear Mediterranean Sea. Despite the views it is hard to im-agine from up here that the throbbing nightlife and activity of Ibiza is so close.
