Iberia Parish Library welcomes Wildlife and Fisheries‟ Dusty Rhodes back to the library to teach his very own Square Foot Gardening Introductory class. At this workshop you will learn the basic facts about square foot

gardening, the exact number of seeds to plant, soil ratios and much more. Mr. Rhodes has been square foot gardening for years, and he wants to share

his knowledge with you. It‟s fast, cheaper than conventional gardening, virtually weed free, and great for small yards or confined areas. Make sure to dust off those gardening gloves and get back into gardening just in time

for spring! To register, call the Main Library at 364.7024.

“What does Princess Kate read?” A recent article in US Magazine has

divulged what the princess‟s alleged guilty reads have been. Coming in at

number one is When God Was a Rabbit

by Sarah Winman and second The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie

Society by Mary Ann Shaffer and

Annie Barrows. It has also been rumored that one of her favorite

authors is Philippa Gregory, who has written numerous novels including her

newest The Other Queen.

No matter what book Kate‟s reading, you can always find a copy at one of your Iberia Parish Libraries including

these royal suggestions. If we don‟t have a copy, we can make sure to get one for you via Inter Library Loan.
