CITY CAMPUSThe IBA City Campus is situated on Kayani Shaheed Road and is spread over 3.5 acres. Existing facilities include 28 classrooms and 8 computer labs. The campus has the Center for Executive Education (CEE), Center for Excellence in Journalism (CEJ), Center for Information and Communication Technology (CICT), Center for Business and Economic Research (CBER) and Centre for Excellence in Islamic Finance (CEIF). Other facilities include:

- Gani & Tayub Auditorium, which has a seating capacity of 350+ people - Mian Abdullah Library- Alumni Students’ Center- Khawar Butt Gymnasium for males and females- Pepsi Cafeterias- TPL Event Hall- UBL Sports Complex- Amphitheater, having a seating capacity of 450+ people

MAIN CAMPUSThe IBA Main Campus is located within the premises of the Karachi University and comprises more than 40 classrooms, 8 seminar rooms, 5 computer labs, and 14 breakout rooms. These are in the Adamjee Academic Center, Abdul Razzak Tabba Academic Block, and the Aman Center for Entrepreneurial Development (CED).

The IBA is a proud proponent of the student union and has had an active student council for many decades. Every year, students elect their representatives for Students’ Council alongside 29 societies and clubs which operate under the Office of Student Societies. This forum allows students to explore and pursue their interests outside of the academic sphere leading to a holistic development of character, ethics, and morals that the IBA promises to instill in its student body.

Key features of the UBL Sports Complex include:

The IBA provides residential facilities for out-of-town full-time students. The hostel is spread over an area of 2.50 acres with lush green lawns and is a short walk from the IBA Main Campus. At present, 500+ full time students (150+ female and 350+ male students) are availing the facilities and residential resources provided by the hostel.

Main features include:

- Comfortable rooms equipped with basic furniture- Air-conditioned TV halls and common rooms for extra-curricular activities, and a gymnasium- Fully functioning mess offering hygienic food- Indoor sports and activity room - High speed internet and Wi-Fi connectivity - Round the clock security and CCTV surveillance- Subsidized laundry support

The IBA facilitates the commute of students between both the campuses via a shuttle service offered during multiple slots throughout the day. The IBA also provides a transport service for students – who wish to avail it – coming from different areas of the city.

The gym facility is well-equipped with necessary machines for a variety of workout plans. A dedicated gym instructor is in attendance to assist with fitness & strength training exercises.

The libraries at Main and City campuses have been designed keeping in view contemporary learning styles. The learning spaces include collaborative learning spaces, individual study spaces, multimedia facility, research books, and leisure study spaces. The libraries offer: - A rich collection of multi-disciplinary digital databases in full-text, comprising of e-books, e-journals, case studies and industry-related research analysis reports.

- Subscription of 25 electronic databases that provide access to 10,000+ e-journals and 125,000+ e-books.

- 80,000+ volumes in print, whereas 2,000-3,000 new titles (on average) are procured yearly.

- Requests for financial assistance are accepted around the year, taking into consideration unforeseen and unfortunate situations.

- A Financial Assistance committee scrutinizes the applications of students seeking financial aid and sanctions the appropriate assistance for those who demonstrate the need.

- Financial assistance packages include but are not limited to tuition fee waiver, easy installment plans, deferment of fees, loans, grants, on-campus apprenticeships and Qarz-e-Hasna schemes.

Martin Dow collaborated with the IBA to provide quality healthcare facilities for its students, faculty and staff. The clinic is accessible 6 days a week and provides everyone at the Institute with high quality medical facilities at the campus.
