PROFILE, CV and WORK SAMPLES
profile:Final year student of M.Arch Architecture, with experience in building design and 3D visualisation, seeking a Part II placement. I have high design standards. A pragmatic approach. Willing to take initiative. Many years of presenting architectural drawings, models and ideas. Enjoy research to deepen understanding of the building construction and process. An appetite to learn and share ideas with others. I enjoy experimenting with different media, models virtual and physical and alternative methods of architectural representation.
education:2011 - 2013 - Final Year : M.Arch Architecture - Plymouth University2007 - 2010 - Graduated : BA (Hons) Architecture - 2.1 - Plymouth University
work experience overview:I am currently in the process of finishing my M.Arch Architecture course at Plymouth University. I have worked during my summer breaks at two very different Architectural practices, both working on residential and commercial projects, but at completely different scales.
diverse interests:I believe that with a healthy active lifestyle one is in the best frame of mind to design, some of the best ideas come to the front of your head when you are away from he drawing board. This is why I strongly believe it is important to keep a good balance between work and leisure activities.

This project was a direct response to a joint urban strategy called the Foodbank Network, that served as a platform for connecting up of food-banks throughout the South West. The workshop was to house the construction of a hybrid coaster vessel that could transfer excess food donations between food-banks via the water. The construction of the workshop was designed to be assembled and de-assembled as necessary for the building itself to be transferred to another location.

sector: urban regenerationexhibited: Ursus Symposium
This scheme is located on the redundant Ursus tractor manufacturing facility just outside Warsaw Poland. This proposal looked to utilise the mutual exchange of materials and expertise between the current industries on the Ursus site. Erecting self fabricated workshop spaces cantilevered off of the existing masonry fabric, the space acts as an intermediary interaction between the realms of light industrial and public space, indoor and outdoor environments.
