¡ADVERTENCIA!

► Los niveles de emisión sonora especificados en estas instruc­ciones de uso se han calculado según un proceso de medición estandarizado en la norma ISO 15744 y pueden utilizarse para la comparación de aparatos . Los niveles de emisión sonora cambian en función del uso de la herramienta de aire compri­mido y, en algunos casos, pueden superar los valores especifi­cados en estas instrucciones . Por este motivo, la carga de la emisión sonora puede estar infravalorada si se utiliza la herra­mienta de aire comprimido regularmente de esta manera .

INDICACIÓN

► Para evaluar de forma precisa la carga de la emisión sonora durante un periodo de tiempo de trabajo determinado, tam­bién deben tenerse en cuenta los periodos en los que el apa­rato esté apagado o esté encendido, pero sin utilizarse . WARNING! Indicaciones generales de  seguridad

■ Para evitar múltiples peligros: deben leerse y comprenderse las indicaciones de seguridad antes de realizar la instalación, el manejo, la reparación, el mantenimiento y la sustitución de los accesorios de las sierras circulares y oscilantes, así como de las sierras cuyas hojas se muevan de un lado a otro, y antes de trabajar cerca de la máquina . De lo contrario, pueden producirse lesiones físicas graves .

■ Solo el personal con la debida formación y cualificación puede instalar, ajustar o utilizar las sierras circulares y oscilantes, así como las sierras cuyas hojas se muevan de un lado a otro .

■ No deben modificarse las sierras circulares y oscilantes ni las sierras cuyas hojas se muevan de un lado a otro . Cualquier modi­ficación puede reducir la eficacia de las medidas de seguridad y aumentar los riesgos para el usuario .

■ Las indicaciones de seguridad no deben perderse y deben entre­garse al usuario .

■ No utilice nunca las sierras circulares y oscilantes, ni las sierras cuyas hojas se muevan de un lado a otro, si están dañadas .

■ Las máquinas deben revisarse regularmente para comprobar que sigan contando con las indicaciones de los valores medidos y con el etiquetado estipulado . El usuario debe ponerse en contacto con el fabricante si se necesitan nuevas etiquetas de repuesto .

Peligros por la proyección de piezas ■ Si la pieza de trabajo, los accesorios o las herramientas inter­

cambiables se rompen, es posible que salgan proyectados algunos fragmentos a alta velocidad .

■ Para usar las sierras circulares y oscilantes, así como las sierras cuyas hojas se muevan de un lado a otro, deben utilizarse siem­pre gafas de protección resistentes a los golpes . Debe evaluarse el nivel de protección necesario para cada aplicación individual .

■ Asegúrese de que la pieza de trabajo esté bien sujeta .

■ Debe garantizarse el desvío de las chispas y los fragmentos metálicos para evitar peligros .

■ Asegúrese de que la hoja de sierra o el filo de la sierra estén bien fijados y en tensión .

Peligro de atrapamiento ■ Existe peligro de asfixia, escalpelamiento u otras lesiones por

cortes si no se mantienen las prendas sueltas de ropa, las joyas, los collares/pañuelos (o similares), el cabello o los guantes alejados de la máquina y de sus accesorios .

Peligros durante el funcionamiento ■ Evite el contacto con la hoja de sierra para impedir cortes en

■ Asegúrese de que la cubierta de protección retráctil pase inme­diatamente de la posición totalmente abierta a la posición total­mente cerrada en cuanto se suelte .

Peligros por los movimientos repetidos ■ Si se utilizan sierras circulares y oscilantes, así como sierras cuyas

hojas se muevan de un lado a otro, para realizar actividades laborales, es posible que el usuario sienta molestias en las manos y brazos, así como en la zona del cuello y de los hombros, o en otras partes del cuerpo .

■ Para utilizar las sierras circulares y oscilantes, así como las sierras cuyas hojas se muevan de un lado a otro, el usuario debe mante­ner una postura corporal cómoda y segura, y evitar las posiciones incómodas o aquellas en las que sea difícil mantener el equilibrio . En los trabajos prolongados, el usuario debe cambiar de postura para evitar molestias y cansancio .

■ Si el usuario nota síntomas como malestar continuo o repetido, molestias, pálpitos, dolor, hormigueo, entumecimiento, quemazón o rigidez, no debe ignorarlos, sino buscar asistencia médica .

■ Utilice exclusivamente los accesorios y consumibles de los tama­ños y modelos recomendados por el fabricante de las sierras circulares y oscilantes, así como de las sierras cuyas hojas se muevan de un lado a otro . No utilice accesorios y consumibles de otros tamaños y modelos .

■ Evite el contacto directo con los accesorios antes y después de usar la herramienta intercambiable, ya que pueden estar calien­tes o afilados .

■ Antes de usar el aparato, inspeccione la hoja de sierra . No utilice hojas de sierra que hayan podido caerse o cuyas piezas presenten muescas, fisuras u otros desperfectos .

Peligros en el lugar de trabajo ■ Los resbalones, tropiezos y caídas son los principales motivos de

lesiones en el lugar de trabajo . Preste atención a las superficies que puedan haberse vuelto resbaladizas a causa del uso de la máquina y al peligro de tropiezos causado por el tubo hidráulico o de aire .

■ Proceda con cautela en los entornos desconocidos . Puede haber peligros ocultos causados por los cables eléctricos u otras líneas de suministro .

■ Estas sierras circulares y oscilantes, o las sierras cuyas hojas se muevan de un lado a otro, no están previstas para su uso en atmósferas explosivas ni están aisladas contra el contacto con cables eléctricos .

■ Asegúrese de que no haya cables eléctricos, tuberías de gas, etc . que puedan suponer un peligro si se producen daños por utilizar la máquina .

Peligros por el polvo y los vapores ■ El polvo y los vapores generados al utilizar las sierras circulares y

oscilantes, así como sierras cuyas hojas se muevan de un lado a otro, pueden ser perjudiciales para la salud (p . ej ., causar cán­cer, defectos congénitos, asma o dermatitis); por este motivo, debe realizarse una evaluación de riesgos en relación con estos peligros e implantar los mecanismos de regulación correspon­dientes .

■ Para la evaluación de riesgos, debe tenerse en cuenta el polvo generado al utilizar la máquina y el polvo ya presente que pudiera levantarse durante su uso .

■ Las sierras circulares y oscilantes, así como las sierras cuyas hojas se muevan de un lado a otro, deben manejarse y mante­nerse de acuerdo con las recomendaciones de estas instruccio­nes para reducir al mínimo la liberación de polvo y de vapores .

■ El aire de salida debe conducirse de modo que se levante el menor polvo posible en entornos polvorientos .

■ Si se generan polvo o vapores, el objetivo principal deberá ser controlarlos en el lugar desde el que se liberen .

■ Todos los componentes o accesorios de la máquina previstos para recolectar, aspirar o eliminar el polvo o los vapores deben instalarse y mantenerse según lo dispuesto en las indicaciones del fabricante .

■ Deben seleccionarse, mantenerse y sustituirse los consumibles/herramientas intercambiables según las recomendaciones de las instrucciones de uso para evitar que se intensifique innecesaria­mente la generación de polvo o vapores .

■ Debe advertirse sobre los riesgos de explosión o incendio del material que deba procesarse .

■ Utilice equipos de protección respiratoria según lo indicado y de acuerdo con lo dispuesto por las normas de seguridad y salud laboral .

■ El procesamiento de ciertos materiales provoca la emisión de polvo y vapor, lo que, a su vez, puede generar un ambiente potencialmente explosivo .

Peligros por el ruido ■ La exposición a un nivel elevado de ruido con unas protecciones

auditivas insuficientes puede causar lesiones auditivas permanen­tes, pérdida de audición y otros problemas, como acúfenos (tinti­neos, zumbidos, silbidos o pitidos en el oído) . Por este motivo, es indispensable realizar una evaluación de riesgos y aplicar los mecanismos de regulación que correspondan en relación con estos peligros .

■ Los mecanismos de regulación indicados para la minimización de riesgos incluyen medidas como el uso de materiales insonori­zantes que eviten los ruidos de tintineo en las piezas de trabajo .

■ Utilice protecciones auditivas .

■ Las sierras circulares y oscilantes, así como las sierras cuyas hojas se muevan de un lado a otro, deben manejarse y mante­nerse de acuerdo con las recomendaciones de las instrucciones de uso para evitar un aumento innecesario del nivel de ruido .

■ Deben seleccionarse, mantenerse y sustituirse los consumibles/herramientas intercambiables según las recomendaciones de las instrucciones de uso para evitar un aumento innecesario del nivel de ruido .

■ Si las sierras circulares y oscilantes, así como las sierras cuyas hojas se muevan de un lado a otro, cuentan con un silenciador, asegúrese siempre de que esté colocado y funcione correcta­mente cuando utilice la máquina .

Peligros por las vibraciones ■ La exposición a vibraciones puede causar lesiones nerviosas y

trastornos vasculares en las manos y brazos .

■ Para los trabajos que deban realizarse en un entorno frío, use ropa de abrigo y mantenga las manos calientes y secas .

■ Si nota un entumecimiento, hormigueo o dolores en los dedos o en las manos, o una decoloración blanquecina en la piel de los dedos o manos, deje de trabajar con la sierra neumática y con­sulte a un médico .

■ Las sierras circulares y oscilantes, así como las sierras cuyas hojas se muevan de un lado a otro, deben manejarse y mantenerse de acuerdo con las recomendaciones de estas instrucciones de uso para evitar un aumento innecesario de las vibraciones .

■ Deben seleccionarse, mantenerse y sustituirse los consumibles/herramientas intercambiables según las recomendaciones de estas instrucciones de uso para evitar un aumento innecesario de las vibraciones .

■ Siempre que sea posible, utilice un soporte, una fijación o un contrapeso para sostener la máquina .

■ Sostenga la máquina con un agarre firme y seguro, pero sin apretar demasiado, y tenga siempre en cuenta las fuerzas de reacción necesarias para la mano, ya que, generalmente, el riesgo de vibraciones es mayor si se aumenta la fuerza de agarre .

■ La fijación incorrecta de la hoja de sierra puede causar un aumento del nivel de vibraciones .

Indicaciones adicionales de seguridad para las máquinas neumáticas

■ El aire comprimido puede causar lesiones graves. – Si no pretende utilizar la máquina, y antes de cambiar acceso­rios o de realizar tareas de reparación, asegúrese de que el suministro de aire esté cerrado, de que el tubo de aire no esté sometido a presión y de que la máquina no esté conectada a la alimentación de aire .

– No dirija nunca la corriente de aire hacia usted mismo o hacia otras personas .

■ El movimiento incontrolado de los tubos puede causar lesiones graves . Por lo tanto, compruebe siempre que los tubos y sus fijaciones no estén dañados ni se hayan soltado .

■ Si se utilizan acoplamientos giratorios universales (acoplamientos de garras), deben instalarse pernos de retención; asimismo, de­ben utilizarse fijaciones Whipcheck en los tubos para proteger la conexión entre el tubo y la máquina, así como la conexión de los tubos entre sí en caso de fallo .

■ Asegúrese de no superar la presión máxima indicada en la máquina .

■ No transporte nunca las máquinas neumáticas asiéndolas por el tubo .

Antes de la puesta en funcionamiento

Lubricación

¡ADVERTENCIA!

► Evite el contacto de los lubricantes con los ojos y con la piel . ► Infórmese sobre los peligros para la salud que pueda suponer

el aceite utilizado en la ficha de seguridad del fabricante que corresponda .

INDICACIÓN

► Para evitar los daños causados por el roce y la corrosión, es muy importante realizar una lubricación periódica . Para ello, recomendamos utilizar un aceite especial para sistemas de aire comprimido (p . ej ., aceite para compresores Liqui Moly) .

– Lubricación con lubricadores por niebla de aceite Como fase de preparación tras el manorreductor, el lubrica­dor por niebla de aceite (no se incluye en el volumen de suministro) lubrica su aparato de forma continua y óptima . El lubricador por niebla de aceite suministra pequeñas gotas de aceite a la corriente de aire para garantizar así una lubricación constante .

– Lubricación manual Si no dispone de ningún lubricador por niebla de aceite, realice una lubricación manual antes de cada puesta en funcionamiento o siempre que utilice el aparato durante un periodo prolongado de tiempo . Aplique manualmente de 3 a 5 gotas de aceite especial para sistemas de aire compri­mido en la boquilla de conexión .

Relleno de aceitePara mantener la operatividad de la sierra neumática durante un tiempo prolongado, el aparato debe tener suficiente aceite de uso neumático .

Dispone de las siguientes posibilidades ♦ Conectar una unidad de mantenimiento con lubricador en el

compresor .

♦ Instalar un lubricador en el conducto o en el aparato de aire comprimido .

♦ Aplicar manualmente de 3 a 5 gotas de aceite neumático cada 15 minutos de funcionamiento en la boquilla de conexión .

Conexión a una fuente de alimentación de aire comprimido

INDICACIÓN

► Antes de conectar la alimentación de aire comprimido, debe comprobarse lo siguiente:

– Asegúrese de que se haya alcanzado por completo la presión de trabajo correcta (3–6,3 bar) .

– Asegúrese de que el gatillo se encuentre en la posición inicial .

♦ Conecte el aparato a un compresor; para ello, conecte la boquilla de conexión al tubo de suministro de la alimentación de aire comprimido .

♦ Para poder regular la presión de aire, debe equiparse la fuente de alimentación de aire comprimido con un manorreductor .

Montaje/cambio de la hoja de sierra

¡ATENCIÓN!

► Si la hoja de sierra está roma, doblada o defectuosa, debe cambiarse inmediatamente .

► Al cambiar la hoja de sierra , asegúrese siempre de que la alimentación de aire esté desconectada .

♦ En primer lugar, abra la cubierta con un destornillador Philips .

♦ A continuación, utilice la llave Allen de 4 mm suministrada para desatornillar los tornillos Allen del alojamiento para la hoja de sierra y retire la hoja de sierra .

♦ Tras esto, introduzca la hoja de sierra nueva en el alojamiento para la hoja de sierra y apriete firmemente los tornillos Allen del alojamiento para la hoja de sierra .

♦ Asegúrese de que la hoja de sierra esté correctamente montada en el alojamiento para la hoja de sierra y no pueda volver a extraerse .

♦ A continuación, vuelva a cerrar la cubierta con el destornillador Philips .

Ajuste/cambio del tope ♦ Desatornille el tornillo Allen del tope con la llave Allen de

2 mm suministrada . Tras desatornillar el tornillo Allen , puede soltarse el tope con solo tirar de él .

♦ Con esto, puede ajustarse el tope o cambiarse por otro .

♦ Tras cambiar o ajustar el tope , vuelva a atornillar el tornillo Allen desatornillado anteriormente con la llave Allen de 2 mm .

Encendido/apagado

Encendido ♦ Para encender el aparato, presione primero el bloqueo del

gatillo hacia delante y, a continuación, apriete el gatillo .

Apagado ♦ Suelte el gatillo .

♦ Tras finalizar el trabajo, desconecte el aparato de la fuente de alimentación de aire comprimido .

Mantenimiento, limpieza y  almacenamiento

¡ADVERTENCIA! ¡PELIGRO DE LESIONES! Antes de realizar las tareas de mantenimiento, desconecte el aparato de la red de aire comprimido.

¡ATENCIÓN!

► Antes de proceder al mantenimiento, limpie el aparato para eliminar las sustancias peligrosas que hayan podido acumularse (a causa de los distintos procesos de trabajo) . Evite que estas sustancias entren en contacto con la piel . El contacto de la piel con polvos peligrosos puede causar una dermatitis grave . Si se genera o se levanta polvo durante las tareas de mantenimiento, existe el riesgo de que acabe inhalándose .

INDICACIÓN

► Para garantizar un funcionamiento correcto y una larga vida útil del aparato, deben observarse los siguientes puntos:

■ Debe garantizarse que la lubricación de aceite sea suficiente y esté siempre en perfecto estado, ya que es vital para el funcio­namiento óptimo del aparato .

■ El aparato debe someterse a mantenimiento regularmente (cada 1–2 procesos de trabajo, aproximadamente) .

■ Utilice siempre guantes adecuados .

■ Solo las personas debidamente instruidas pueden realizar las tareas de mantenimiento . El cumplimiento de las indicaciones de mantenimiento especificadas garantiza la larga vida útil y el funcionamiento correcto de este producto de calidad .

■ Cada vez que realice las tareas de mantenimiento, compruebe el estado de los consumibles y accesorios .

■ Compruebe regularmente que todos los tornillos, el tope y la hoja de sierra estén firmemente montados . Asimismo, compruebe regularmente la velocidad y el nivel de vibraciones del aparato . Si la marcha del aparato es irregular, desconéctelo del com­presor .

■ Compruebe con regularidad el estado de la hoja de sierra . La hoja de sierra no debe estar defectuosa ni deformada .

■ Limpie la herramienta con un paño seco y suave o sóplela ligeramente con aire comprimido . No utilice nunca productos de limpieza corrosivos .

■ Asegúrese de que no penetre ningún líquido en la sierra .

■ Almacene el aparato en un lugar seco, protegido de las inclemencias del tiempo y fuera del alcance de los niños .

DesechoEl embalaje está compuesto por materiales ecológicos que pueden desecharse en los contenedores de reciclaje locales .

No deseche el aparato con la basura doméstica.Puede informarse acerca de las posibilidades de desecho de los aparatos usados en su administración municipal o ayuntamiento .

Deseche el embalaje de forma respetuosa con el medio ambiente . Observe las indicaciones de los distintos materiales de embalaje y, si procede, recíclelos de la manera correspondiente . Los materiales de embalaje

cuentan con abreviaciones (a) y cifras (b) que significan lo siguiente: 1–7: plásticos; 20–22: papel y cartón; 80–98: materiales compuestos .

Puede informarse acerca de las posibilidades de desecho de los aparatos usados en su administración municipal o ayuntamiento .

Deseche los lubricantes y los productos de limpieza de una manera respetuosa con el medio ambiente . Observe la legislación aplicable .

■ Deseche los restos de lubricante en un punto limpio . No deseche los lubricantes en la red de alcantarillado ni en el agua . Los lubricantes no deben acabar en el subsuelo/tierra . Asegúrese de que la superficie de base sea adecuada . Observe las disposicio­nes locales sobre desecho .

■ Entregue el material de mantenimiento sucio y las sustancias usadas para el funcionamiento a un centro de recogida de resi­duos .

Este aparato cuenta con una garantía de 3 años a partir de la fecha de compra . Si se detectan defectos en el producto, puede ejercer sus derechos legales frente al vendedor . Estos derechos legales no se ven limitados por la garantía descrita a continuación .

Condiciones de la garantíaEl plazo de la garantía comienza con la fecha de compra . Guarde bien el comprobante de caja, ya que lo necesitará como justificante de compra .

Si dentro de un periodo de tres años a partir de la fecha de compra de este producto se detecta un defecto en su material o un error de fabricación, asumiremos la reparación o sustitución gratuita del pro­ducto o restituiremos el precio de compra a nuestra elección . La pres­tación de la garantía requiere la presentación del aparato defectuoso y del justificante de compra (comprobante de caja), así como una breve descripción por escrito del defecto detectado y de las circuns­tancias en las que se haya producido dicho defecto, dentro del plazo de tres años .

Si el defecto está cubierto por nuestra garantía, le devolveremos el producto reparado o le suministraremos uno nuevo . La reparación o sustitución del producto no supone el inicio de un nuevo periodo de garantía .

Duración de la garantía y reclamaciones legales por viciosLa duración de la garantía no se prolonga por hacer uso de ella . Este principio también se aplica a las piezas sustituidas y reparadas . Si después de la compra del aparato, se detecta la existencia de daños o de defectos al desembalarlo, deben notificarse de inmedia­to . Cualquier reparación que se realice una vez finalizado el plazo de garantía estará sujeta a costes .

Alcance de la garantíaEl aparato se ha fabricado cuidadosamente según estándares eleva­dos de calidad y se ha examinado en profundidad antes de su en­trega .

La prestación de la garantía se aplica a defectos en los materiales o errores de fabricación . Esta garantía no cubre las piezas del produc­to normalmente sometidas al desgaste y que, en consecuencia, puedan considerarse piezas de desgaste ni los daños producidos en los componentes frágiles, p . ej ., interruptores o piezas de vidrio .

Se anulará la garantía si el producto se daña o no se utiliza o mantiene correctamente . Para utilizar correctamente el producto, deben observar­se todas las indicaciones especificadas en las instrucciones de uso . Debe evitarse cualquier uso y manejo que esté desaconsejado o frente al que se advierta en las instrucciones de uso .

El producto está previsto exclusivamente para su uso privado y no para su uso comercial . En caso de manipulación indebida e inco­rrecta, uso de la fuerza y apertura del aparato por personas ajenas a nuestros centros de asistencia técnica autorizados, la garantía perderá su validez .

La garantía no cubre los siguientes casos ■ Desgaste normal de la capacidad de la batería .

■ Uso comercial o industrial del producto .

■ Daño o alteración del producto por parte del cliente .

■ Incumplimiento de las instrucciones de seguridad y mante­nimiento y errores en el manejo .

■ Pericoli multipli . Le indicazioni relative alla sicurezza devono essere lette e comprese prima della messa a punto, dell'utilizzo, della riparazione, della manutenzione e della sostituzione di componenti delle seghe circolari e oscillanti o delle seghe con movimento alternato della lama del seghetto, nonché prima dell'esecuzione di lavori nei pressi della macchina . In caso contrario, si possono verificare gravi lesioni .

■ Le seghe circolari e oscillanti o le seghe con movimento alternato della lama del seghetto devono essere messe a punto, regolate e utilizzate esclusivamente da personale adeguatamente qualifi­cato e addestrato .

■ Le seghe circolari e oscillanti o le seghe con movimento alternato della lama del seghetto non devono essere modificate . Le modi­fiche potrebbero ridurre l'efficacia delle misure di sicurezza e aumentare i rischi per l'operatore .

■ Le indicazioni relative alla sicurezza non devono andare perse . Consegnarle all'operatore .

■ Non utilizzare mai seghe circolari e oscillanti o seghe con movimento alternato della lama del seghetto danneggiate .

■ Le macchine devono essere sottoposto regolarmente a ispezione per verificare che presentino in modo ben leggibile i valori di misurazione e i contrassegni richiesti . L'utente deve contattare il produttore per richiedere, se necessario, targhette sostitutive .

Pericoli derivanti dalla proiezione di parti ■ In caso di rottura del pezzo da lavorare o di componenti o ad­

dirittura del macchinario stesso, è possibile che le parti vengano scagliate via a grande velocità .

■ Nell'utilizzo di seghe circolari e oscillanti o di seghe con movi­mento alternato della lama del seghetto si devono sempre indos­sare occhiali protettivi antiurto . Il grado di protezione necessario deve essere valutato separatamente per ogni singolo utilizzo .

■ Assicurarsi che il pezzo da lavorare sia fissato in modo sicuro .

■ Assicurarsi di convogliare le scintille e i trucioli di metallo in modo tale che non possano causare pericoli .

■ Assicurarsi che la lama o il seghetto siano applicati correttamente .

Pericoli dovuti a impigliamento ■ Può sussistere pericolo di soffocamento, scotennatura e/o taglio

se indumenti larghi, gioielli, collane, sciarpe e simili, capelli e guanti non vengono tenuti lontano dalla macchina e dai suoi componenti .

Pericoli durante l'utilizzo ■ Per escludere tagli alle mani o ad altre parti del corpo, evitare il

contatto con la lama del seghetto .

■ Le calotte di protezione devono essere posizionate correttamente ed essere in ottimo stato .

■ Calotte di protezione difettose, piegate o fortemente usurate devono essere sostituite con le calotte di protezione consigliate dal produttore della macchina .

■ Assicurarsi che dopo aver rilasciato la calotta di protezione retraibile completamente aperta essa ritorni rapidamente nella posizione completamente chiusa .

■ Non è consentito bloccare, legare o disattivare in qualunque altro modo le calotte di protezione retraibili in posizione aperta .

■ Quando si utilizza la macchina, le mani dell'operatore potrebbero essere esposte a pericoli come per es . tagli nonché escoriazioni e ustioni . Indossare guanti adatti per proteggere le mani .

■ L'operatore e il personale addetto alla manutenzione devono essere fisicamente in grado di gestire le dimensioni, la massa e la potenza della macchina .

■ Sostenere la macchina correttamente: è necessario essere pronti a opporre resistenza ai movimenti previsti o imprevisti, tenendo pronte entrambe le mani .

■ Assicurarsi di avere il corpo in equilibrio e un appoggio sicuro .

■ Evitare pericoli dovuti a taglio e tranciamento: Evitare il contatto con la lama o il seghetto quando la macchina è collegata all'alimentazione di aria . Indossare dispositivi di protezione come guanti, grembiule e casco .

■ Movimenti incontrollati della macchina possono causare lesioni: Accertarsi sempre che la piastra di guida (quando è applicata) venga premuta saldamente contro il pezzo in lavorazione .

■ I tagli eseguiti con questo tipo di macchine crea spigoli taglienti . Indossare guanti per proteggersi le mani .

■ In caso d'interruzione dell'alimentazione di energia, rilasciare il grilletto .

■ Usare solo i lubrificanti consigliati dal produttore .

■ È necessario indossare dispositivi di protezione, ad esempio oc­chiali protettivi; si consiglia di indossare anche guanti e indumenti protettivi adeguati .

■ Tenere in considerazione che gli utensili rotanti si avviano quando il grilletto di avvio e arresto viene sbloccato .

Pericoli derivanti da movimenti ripetuti ■ Durante l'utilizzo delle seghe circolari e oscillanti o delle seghe

con movimento alternato della lama del seghetto a scopi profes­sionali, l'operatore potrebbe avvertire sensazioni sgradevoli alle mani e alle braccia nonché nella zona del collo e delle spalle o in altre parti del corpo .

■ Nell'utilizzo delle seghe circolari e oscillanti o delle seghe con movimento alternato della lama del seghetto, l'operatore deve assumere una posizione sicura e stabile, evitando di assumere posture scomode o posture che rendono difficile mantenere l'equilibrio . Nel corso di lavori di lunga durata, si consiglia all'o­peratore di cambiare postura, anche per evitare disagi e fatica .

■ Qualora l'operatore accusasse sintomi quali per es . malessere persistente o ripetuto, dolori, palpitazioni, formicolio, intorpidi­mento, bruciore o rigidità, non deve ignorarli . L'operatore deve consultare un medico qualificato .

Pericoli derivanti da accessori ■ Prima di montare o sostituire l'utensile o altri componenti, scol­

legare le seghe circolari e oscillanti o le seghe con movimento alternato della lama del seghetto dall'alimentazione elettrica .

■ Utilizzare esclusivamente accessori e materiali di consumo delle dimensioni e dei tipi consigliati dal produttore delle seghe circolari e oscillanti o delle seghe con movimento alternato della lama del seghetto . Non utilizzare altre dimensioni o tipologie di accessori e materiali di consumo .

■ Prima e dopo l'utilizzo dell'utensile evitare il contatto diretto con i componenti, in quanto potrebbero essere caldi o taglienti .

■ Controllare la lama del seghetto prima dell'utilizzo . Non utilizzare lame del seghetto che potrebbero essere cadute oppure che siano scheggiate, crepate o altrimenti danneggiate .

Pericoli sul posto di lavoro ■ Lo scivolamento, l'inciampamento e le cadute sono le cause più

frequenti degli infortuni sul posto di lavoro . Prestare attenzione alle superfici che possono risultare scivolose in seguito all'utilizzo della macchina e al pericolo di inciampamento sul tubo flessibile dell'aria compressa o su quello idraulico .

■ Operare con cautela in ambienti sconosciuti . Possono sussistere pericoli nascosti dovuti a cavi elettrici o di altro tipo di alimenta­zione .

■ Queste seghe circolari e oscillanti o le seghe con movimento alternato della lama del seghetto non sono destinate all'impiego in ambienti soggetti al pericolo di esplosione e non sono isolate dal contatto con sorgenti di corrente elettrica .

■ Accertarsi che non siano presenti cavi elettrici, condotti del gas o altro che in caso di danneggiamento in seguito all'utilizzo della macchina potrebbero comportare pericoli .

Pericoli per la presenza di polvere e vapori ■ Le polveri e i vapori che si generano durante l'utilizzo delle seghe

■ Tutti i componenti incassati o gli accessori della macchina pre­disposti per raccogliere, aspirare o contenere polvere o vapori devono venire utilizzati e sottoposti a interventi di manutenzione conformemente alle istruzioni del produttore .

È indispensabile eseguire una valutazione dei rischi in relazione a tali pericoli e adottare meccanismi di regolazione adeguati .

■ Per la riduzione dei rischi, adottare meccanismi di regolazione come per es . l'utilizzo di materiali fonoisolanti, per ridurre i rumori prodotti dai pezzi di lavoro .

Pericoli dovuti alle vibrazioni ■ L'effetto delle vibrazioni può provocare danni ai nervi e disturbi

della circolazione sanguigna nelle mani e nelle braccia .

■ Indossare indumenti caldi e tenere le mani al caldo e all'asciutto durante i lavori in ambienti freddi .

■ Qualora si percepisse insensibilità, formicolio o dolore alle dita o alle mani, ovvero se la pelle di dita e mani si scolorisse e diventasse bianca, interrompere il lavoro con il seghetto ad aria compressa e consultare un medico .

■ Le seghe circolari e oscillanti o le seghe con movimento alternato della lama del seghetto devono essere utilizzate e sottoposte a interventi di manutenzione conformemente alle raccomandazioni contenute in questo manuale, in modo da evitare un inutile aumento del livello delle vibrazioni .

■ Selezionare, sottoporre a manutenzione e sostituire i materiali di consumo/gli utensili della macchina conformemente alle racco­mandazioni contenute in questo manuale di esercizio, in modo da evitare un inutile aumento delle vibrazioni .

■ Per contrappesare la massa della macchina, utilizzare per quanto possibile un sostegno, un dispositivo di serraggio o un dispositivo di compensazione .

■ Non sostenere la macchina troppo saldamente bensì con una presa sicura, mantenendo la necessaria capacità di reazione della mano, in quanto il rischio dovuto alle vibrazioni di norma aumenta proporzionalmente alla forza di presa .

■ Le lame del seghetto fissate in modo inappropriato possono causare un aumento del livello di vibrazioni .

Indicazioni aggiuntive sulla sicurezza per macchine pneumatiche

■ L'aria compressa può provocare gravi lesioni. – Quando la macchina non viene utilizzata, nonché prima della sostituzione di accessori o dell'esecuzione di interventi di riparazione, fare in modo che l'alimentazione dell'aria compressa sia chiusa, che il tubo flessibile dell'aria non si trovi sotto pressione e che la macchina venga scollegata dall'ali­mentazione dell'aria .

– Non dirigere mai il flusso d'aria verso se stessi o altre persone .

■ Il movimento violento e incontrollato dei tubi flessibili può provo­care gravi lesioni . Pertanto controllare sempre che i tubi flessibili e i loro dispositivi di fissaggio siano intatti e non si siano staccati .

■ In caso di impiego di giunti rotanti universali (giunti a griffe), è necessario inserire perni di arresto e utilizzare protezioni di sicurezza antifrusta Whipcheck, per offrire protezione in caso di avaria del collegamento del tubo alla macchina o ad altri tubi .

■ Assicurarsi che non venga superata la pressione massima indicata sulla macchina .

■ Non trasportare mai dal tubo le macchine che funzionano con l'aria .

Prima della messa in funzione

Lubrificazione

AVVERTENZA!

► Evitare che i lubrificanti vengano a contatto con gli occhi e la pelle .

► Consultare la scheda di sicurezza del produttore dell'olio impiegato per informarsi sui pericoli ad esso associati .

NOTA

► Per evitare i danni da attrito e corrosione è particolarmente importante eseguire una regolare lubrificazione . Consigliamo l'impiego di un olio speciale idoneo all'aria compressa (ad es . olio per compressori Liqui Moly) .

– Lubrificazione con nebulizzatore di olio Come passaggio preparatorio, dopo il riduttore di pressione un nebulizzatore di olio (non incluso nella fornitura) lubrifica l'apparecchio costantemente e in modo ottimale . Il nebulizzatore di olio aggiunge l'olio a goccioline fini nell'aria in afflusso e garantisce in tal modo una lubrificazio­ne regolare .

– Lubrificazione manuale Se non si dispone di un nebulizzatore di olio, eseguire una lubrificazione prima di ogni messa in funzione o in caso di sessioni di lavoro prolungate . Fare gocciolare 3–5 gocce di olio speciale per aria compressa nel nipplo a innesto .

Rabbocco dell'olioPer consentire una lunga funzionalità del seghetto ad aria com­pressa, è necessario che nell'apparecchio sia presente olio per sistemi pneumatici in quantità sufficiente .

Sono disponibili le seguenti possibilità ♦ Collegare un'unità di manutenzione con oliatore al compressore .

♦ Installare un oliatore nella linea dell'aria compressa o sul genera­tore di aria compressa .

♦ Ogni 15 minuti di esercizio aggiungere manualmente circa 3–5 gocce di olio per sistemi pneumatici nel nipplo a innesto .

Collegamento a una sorgente di aria compressa

NOTA

► Prima del collegamento della sorgente di aria compressa – è necessario che si sia creata completamente la pressione di lavoro corretta (3–6,3 bar) .

– accertarsi che il grilletto si trovi nella sua posizione di partenza .

♦ Collegare l'apparecchio ad un compressore unendo il nipplo a innesto al tubo flessibile di alimentazione della sorgente di aria compressa .

♦ Per poter regolare l'aria compressa, è necessario che la sorgente di aria compressa sia provvista di riduttore di pressione .

Montaggio/sostituzione della lama del seghetto

ATTENZIONE!

► Se la lama del seghetto è smussata, piegata o difettosa deve essere immediatamente sostituita .

► Accertarsi sempre che la fonte di alimentazione di aria com­pressa sia staccata prima di sostituire la lama del seghetto .

♦ Aprire innanzitutto la copertura utilizzando un cacciavite a stella .

♦ Allentare quindi le viti a esagono cavo della sede della lama del seghetto utilizzando la chiave a testa esagonale da 4 mm in dotazione ed estrarre la lama .

♦ Inserire la lama del seghetto nuova nella sede della lama del seghetto e riavvitare le viti a esagono cavo della sede della lama del seghetto .

♦ Assicurarsi di aver inserito la lama del seghetto correttamente nella sede della lama del seghetto e che non sia possibile estrarla .

♦ Richiudere la copertura utilizzando il cacciavite a stella .

Regolazione/sostituzione della staffa finecorsa ♦ Allentare la vite a esagono cavo della staffa finecorsa

utilizzando la chiave a testa esagonale da 2 mm . Dopo aver allentato la vite a esagono cavo è possibile allentare la staffa finecorsa tirandola .

♦ La staffa finecorsa ora può essere regolata oppure sostituita .

♦ Dopo aver regolato oppure sostituito la staffa finecorsa , riavvitare la vite a esagono cavo precedentemente allentata utilizzando la chiave a testa esagonale da 2 mm .

Accensione/spegnimento

Accensione ♦ premere prima in avanti il blocco del grilletto e quindi il

grilletto per accendere l'apparecchio .

Spegnimento ♦ Rilasciare il grilletto .

♦ Al termine del lavoro, scollegare l'apparecchio dalla sorgente di aria compressa .

Manutenzione, pulizia e conservazioneAVVERTENZA! PERICOLO DI LESIONI! Prima di effettuare interventi di manutenzione, scollegare l'apparecchio dalla rete di alimenta-zione di aria compressa.

ATTENZIONE!

► Pulire l'apparecchio prima della manutenzione per eliminare le sostanze pericolose che vi si sono accumulate (a seguito dei processi di lavoro) . Evitare qualsiasi contatto cutaneo con queste sostanze . Se la pelle venisse a contatto con polveri pericolose, si potrebbero riportare gravi dermatiti . Qualora gli interventi di manutenzione provocassero la formazione o l'agitazione di polvere, vi è il pericolo di inalarla .

NOTA

► Per garantire un funzionamento perfetto e una lunga durata dell'apparecchio, si devono rispettare i seguenti punti:

■ La lubrificazione sufficiente e costante è di importanza decisiva per un funzionamento ottimale .

■ Effettuare una manutenzione regolare (ogni 1–2 sessioni di lavoro) .

■ La manutenzione deve essere effettuata solo da persone istruite sulla manutenzione . La corretta applicazione delle indicazioni sulla manutenzione garantisce una lunga durata e un funziona­mento corretto del presente prodotto di qualità .

■ Controllare lo stato del materiale di consumo e degli accessori ad ogni intervento di manutenzione .

■ Controllare regolarmente che tutte le viti, la staffa finecorsa e la lama del seghetto siano saldamente in sede . Inoltre controllare regolarmente il numero di giri e il livello di vibrazioni dell'appa­recchio . Staccare l'apparecchio dal compressore in caso di funzionamento irregolare .

■ Controllare regolarmente lo stato della lama del seghetto . La lama del seghetto non deve presentare né difetti né essere deformata .

■ Pulire l'utensile solo con un panno morbido e asciutto o con un poco di aria compressa . Non utilizzare assolutamente detergenti corrosivi .

■ Impedire la penetrazione di liquidi nel seghetto .

■ Conservare l'apparecchio al riparo dagli agenti atmosferici, in un luogo asciutto e inaccessibile ai bambini .

Non smaltire l'apparecchio assieme ai rifiuti domestici!Per lo smaltimento del prodotto una volta che ha terminato la sua funzione, informarsi presso l'amministrazione comunale .

Smaltire l'imballaggio conformemente alle norme di tutela ambientale . Tenere conto dei codici presenti sui vari materiali di imballaggio ed eventualmente separa­re i materiali effettuando una raccolta differenziata .

I materiali di imballaggio presentano codici costituiti da abbrevia­zioni (a) e numeri (b) con il seguente significato: 1–7: materie plastiche, 20–22: carta e cartone, 80–98: materiali compositi .

itself breaks, parts can be flung off at high speeds .

■ When operating circular and oscillating sawing machines or sawing machines with reciprocating saw blades, always wear impact­resistant eye protection . The degree of necessary protec­tion must be evaluated separately for each individual task .

■ Ensure that the workpiece has been securely fixed in place .

■ Ensure that sparks and metal chips are directed so that they do not cause any hazards .

■ Ensure that the saw blade or cutting edge is correctly and firmly clamped .

Hazards caused by entanglement ■ There may be a risk of suffocation, scalping and/or cuts if loose

clothing, jewellery, necklaces/scarves (or similar), hair or gloves are not kept away from the machine and its accessories .

Hazards during operation ■ Avoid contact with the saw blade to avoid cutting your hands or

other parts of your body .

■ Protective covers must be securely in place and in good functional condition .

■ Defective, curved or heavily worn protective covers must be replaced with protective hoods recommended by the machine manufacturer .

■ Make sure that the retractable cover moves rapidly from the fully open position to its fully closed position when released .

■ Retractable covers must never be locked in an open position or tied or otherwise deactivated .

■ The operator and maintenance personnel must be physically capable of handling the size, mass and power of the machine .

■ Hold the machine correctly: Be ready to counteract any normal or sudden movements – keep both hands ready .

■ Ensure that your body is balanced and that you have a secure standing position .

machines with reciprocating saw blades are used to perform work­related tasks, the operator may experience unpleasant sensations in the hands, arms, neck, shoulders or other parts of the body .

■ When using circular and oscillating sawing machines or sawing machines with reciprocating saw blades, the operator should adopt a comfortable posture, ensuring a secure footing and avoiding unfavourable postures or postures where it is difficult to maintain balance . The operator should change positions during the course of long­lasting tasks . This can be helpful in the preven­tion of discomfort and fatigue .

■ If the operator notices symptoms such as persistent or recurring illness, discomfort, throbbing, pain, tingling, burning or stiffness, these indications should not be ignored . The operator should consult a suitably qualified physician .

Hazards caused by accessories ■ Disconnect the circular and oscillating sawing machines and

Hazards caused by dust and vapours ■ The dusts and vapours produced by the use of circular and

oscillating sawing machines and sawing machines with recipro­cating saw blades can cause health problems (such as cancer, birth defects, asthma and/or dermatitis); it is essential to carry out a risk assessment of these hazards and to implement appropriate control mechanisms .

■ The risk assessment should include all dust caused by the use of the machine and the existing dust that may be kicked up at the same time .

■ Circular and oscillating sawing machines or sawing machines with reciprocating saw blades must be operated and maintained in accordance with the recommendations contained in this manual in order to minimise the release of dust and vapours .

■ Working with certain materials causes emissions of dust and vapour, resulting in a potentially explosive environment .

Hazards caused by noise ■ Excessive noise levels in conjunction with insufficient hearing

protection may lead to permanent hearing damage, hearing loss and other problems, such as tinnitus (ringing, buzzing, whistling or humming in your ears) . A risk assessment and the implementa­tion of appropriate regulatory mechanisms for these hazards are therefore essential .

■ Suitable regulatory mechanisms include measures such as the use of insulation materials to avoid ringing noise occurring on the workpieces .

■ Use hearing protection equipment .

■ Circular and oscillating sawing machines or sawing machines with reciprocating saw blades must be operated and maintained in accordance with the recommendations contained in these operating instructions in order to avoid an unnecessary increase in the noise level .

■ The consumables/machine tools must be selected, maintained and replaced in accordance with the recommendations in the operating instructions in order to avoid an unnecessary increase in the noise level .

■ If the circular and oscillating sawing machines or the sawing machines with reciprocating saw blades are equipped with a silencer, always ensure that it is in its place and in working order when the machine is in operation .

Hazards caused by vibrations ■ Vibrations can damage the nerves and cause malfunctions to the

blood circulation in the hands and arms .

■ When working in a cold environment, wear warm clothing and keep your hands warm and dry .

■ If you experience numbness, tingling or pain in your fingers or hands, or if the skin on your fingers or hands turns white, stop working with the compressed­air saw and consult a doctor .

■ Circular and oscillating sawing machines or sawing machines with reciprocating saw blades must be operated and maintained in accordance with the recommendations contained in these operating instructions in order to avoid unnecessary amplification of vibrations .

■ The consumables/machine tools must be selected, maintained and replaced in accordance with the recommendations in this operating manual in order to avoid unnecessary amplification of vibrations .

■ Always use a stand, a clamp or a compensation device to support the weight of the machine .

■ Hold the machine securely but not too firmly while maintaining the necessary hand­reaction force, as the vibration risk generally increases the harder the machine is held .

■ Improper attachment of the saw blade can cause an excessive vibration level .

Additional safety instructions for pneumatic machines

■ Compressed air can cause serious injuries. – Ensure that the air supply is switched off, the hose is not under pressure, that the air supply has been shut off and that the machine is disconnected from the air supply when not in use, and also before exchanging accessories or carrying out repairs .

– Never aim the airflow towards yourself or any other person .

■ Thrashing hoses can cause serious injury . Therefore, always check that the hoses and their fixings are not damaged or have not come loose .

■ If universal rotary joints (claw couplings) are used, locking pins must be used to provide protection; Whipcheck® air hose restraints must be used to provide protection in case of a failure of the connection of the hose to the machine .

■ Ensure that the maximum permissible pressure on the machine is not exceeded .

■ Never carry pneumatic machines by the hose .

Before use

Lubrication

WARNING!

► Avoid eye and skin contact with lubricants . ► Inform yourself about the health hazards of the oil used in the

safety data sheet of the respective manufacturer .

NOTE

► Regular lubrication is particularly important to avoid friction and corrosion damage . We recommend using a suitable special oil for compressed­air tools (e .g . Liqui Moly compressor oil) .

– Lubrication with mist oiler A mist oiler (not supplied) continuously and optimally lubricates the grinder as a preparation stage after the pressure reducer . A mist oiler gives off fine drops of oil into the air flow and thus guarantees a regular lubrication .

– Manual lubrication If you do not have a mist oiler, lubricate the tool before every use or longer work sessions . Add 3–5 drops of pneumatic oil into the connector nipple .

Topping up the oilTo ensure that the compressed­air saw remains operational for as long as possible, make sure that there is sufficient pneumatic oil in the appliance .

The following options are available ♦ Attach a maintenance unit with an oiler to the compressor .

♦ Install a fitted oiler into the compressed­air line or the compressor .

♦ Add 3–5 drops of pneumatic oil into the connector nipple every 15 minutes of operation .

Connecting to a compressed-air source

NOTE

► Before connecting the compressed­air source – the correct working pressure (3–6 .3 bar) must be fully reached, and

– you must ensure that the trigger is in its initial position .

♦ Attach the tool to a compressor by connecting the connector nipple with the supply hose of the compressed­air source .

♦ The compressed­air source must be equipped with a pressure reducer so that you can regulate the air pressure .

Fitting/changing the saw blade

CAUTION!

► If the saw blade is blunt, bent or defective, it must be replaced immediately .

► When changing the saw blade , always make sure that the compressed­air supply is disconnected!

♦ First open the cover using a Phillips screwdriver .

♦ Then use the enclosed 4 mm hex key to loosen the hexagon socket screws for the saw blade holder and remove the saw blade .

♦ Then set the new saw blade into the saw blade holder and tighten the hexagon socket screws for the saw blade holder firmly .

♦ Make sure that the saw blade is correctly fitted in the saw blade holder and can no longer be pulled out .

♦ Then close the cover again using the Phillips screwdriver .

Adjusting/changing the stop bracket ♦ Loosen the hexagon socket screw for the stop bracket using

the enclosed 2 mm hex key . After loosening the hexagon socket screw the stop bracket can be removed by pulling .

♦ Now an adjustment or a complete exchange of the stop bracket is possible .

♦ After changing or adjusting the stop bracket , retighten the previously loosened hexagon socket screw using the 2 mm hex key .

Operation

Switching on and off

Switching on ♦ First, press the trigger lock forwards and then the trigger to

switch the tool on .

Switching off ♦ Release the trigger .

♦ When you have finished working, disconnect the appliance from the compressed­air source .

Maintenance, cleaning and storageWARNING! RISK OF INJURY! Disconnect the appliance from the compressed-air supply.

CAUTION!

► Before maintenance, clean off any hazardous substances that may (due to working processes) have accumulated on the appliance . Avoid all skin contact with these substances . If the skin comes into contact with hazardous dusts, this can lead to severe dermatitis . If dust is produced or swirled up during maintenance, it can be inhaled .

NOTE

► To ensure correct functioning and long­term durability of the appliance, pay attention to the following points:

■ Sufficient and continuously intact oil lubrication is highly impor­tant for optimum functioning .

■ The appliance should be serviced regularly (approximately after 1–2 operations) .

■ Always wear suitable work gloves .

■ Maintenance may only be carried out by instructed persons . A long service life and trouble­free operation of this quality product are guaranteed by compliance with the maintenance instructions given .

■ Check the condition of your consumables and accessories every time you service them .

■ Regularly check the tightness of all screws, the stop bracket and the saw blade . Also check the speed and vibration level of the appliance regularly . Disconnect the appliance from the compressor if it runs irregularly .

■ Check the condition of the saw blade regularly . The saw blade must not be defective or deformed .

■ Clean your tool with a dry soft cloth or blow it out lightly with compressed air . Never use caustic cleaning agents .

■ Make sure that no liquids get into the saw .

■ Store the appliance protected from the weather in dry rooms that are inaccessible to children .

► Die in diesen Anweisungen angegebenen Lärmemissionswerte sind entsprechend einem in ISO 15744 genormten Messver­fahren gemessen worden und können für den Gerätevergleich verwendet werden . Die Lärmemissionswerte werden sich ent­sprechend dem Einsatz des Druckluftwerkzeugs verändern und können in manchen Fällen über dem in diesen Anweisungen angegebenen Werten liegen . Die Lärmemissionsbelastung könnte unterschätzt werden, wenn das Druckluftwerkzeug regelmäßig in solcher Weise verwendet wird .

Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise

■ Mehrfache Gefährdungen . Die Sicherheitshinweise sind vor dem Einrichten, dem Betrieb, der Reparatur, der Wartung und dem Austausch von Zubehörteilen an den Kreis­ und oszillierenden Sägemaschinen sowie den Sägemaschinen mit hin­ und her­gehendem Sägeblatt sowie vor der Arbeit in der Nähe der Maschine zu lesen und müssen verstanden werden . Ist dies nicht der Fall, so kann dies zu schweren körperlichen Verletzungen führen .

■ Die Kreis­ und oszillierenden Sägemaschinen oder die Sägema­schinen mit hin­ und hergehendem Sägeblatt sollten ausschließ­lich von entsprechend qualifizierten und geschulten Bedienungs­personen eingerichtet, eingestellt oder verwendet werden .

■ Diese Kreis­ und oszillierenden Sägemaschinen oder die Säge­maschinen mit hin­ und hergehendem Sägeblatt dürfen nicht verändert werden . Veränderungen können die Wirksamkeit der Sicherheitsmaßnahmen verringern und die Risiken für die Be­dienungsperson erhöhen .

■ Die Sicherheitsanweisungen dürfen nicht verloren gehen – und sind der Benutzerperson weiterzugeben .

■ Benutzen Sie niemals beschädigte Kreis­ und oszillierende Sägemaschinen oder Sägemaschinen mit hin­ und hergehendem Sägeblatt .

■ Die Maschinen müssen regelmäßig einer Inspektion unterzogen werden, um zu überprüfen, dass die Maschine mit den gefor­derten deutlich lesbaren Bemessungswerten und Kennzeich­nungen gekennzeichnet ist . Der Benutzer muss den Hersteller kontaktieren, um erforderlichenfalls Ersatzschilder zu erhalten .

Gefährdungen durch herausgeschleuderte Teile ■ Bei einem Bruch des Werkstücks oder von Zubehörteilen oder

gar des Maschinenwerkzeugs selbst können Teile mit hoher Ge­schwindigkeit herausgeschleudert werden .

■ Beim Betrieb der Kreis­ und oszillierenden Sägemaschinen oder der Sägemaschinen mit hin­ und hergehendem Sägeblatt ist immer ein schlagfester Augenschutz zu tragen . Der Grad des er forderlichen Schutzes sollte für jede einzelne Verwendung ge­sondert bewertet werden .

■ Es ist sicherzustellen, dass das Werkstück sicher befestigt ist .

■ Es ist sicherzustellen, dass Funken und Metallspäne gelenkt werden, so dass diese keine Gefährdung verursachen .

■ Es ist sicherzustellen, dass das Sägeblatt oder die Sägeschneide korrekt und fest eingespannt ist .

Gefährdungen durch Verfangen ■ Es kann Erstickungs­, Skalpierungs­ und/oder Schnittverletzungs­

gefahr bestehen, wenn locker sitzende Kleidung, Schmuck, Halsketten/Schals (o .Ä .), Haare oder Handschuhe nicht von der Maschine und ihren Zubehörteilen ferngehalten werden .

Gefährdungen im Betrieb ■ Vermeiden Sie Kontakt mit dem Sägeblatt, damit man sich nicht

die Hände oder andere Körperteile daran schneidet .

■ Schutzhauben müssen sicher am Platz und in guter funktionaler Verfassung sein .

■ Defekte, gekrümmte oder stark abgenutzte Schutzhauben müssen mit vom Maschinenhersteller empfohlenen Schutzhauben ersetzt werden .

■ Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die zurückziehbare Schutzhaube sich von der vollständig geöffneten Position nach dem Loslassen rasch in ihre vollständig geschlossene Position bewegt .

■ Zurückziehbare Schutzhauben dürfen nie in eine geöffnete Position festgestellt oder festgebunden oder anderweitig deaktiviert werden .

■ Beim Einsatz der Maschine können die Hände der Bedienungs­person Gefährdungen wie z . B . Schnitten sowie Abschürfungen und Wärme ausgesetzt sein . Tragen Sie geeignete Handschuhe zum Schutz der Hände .

■ Die Bedienungsperson und das Wartungspersonal müssen physisch in der Lage sein, die Größe, die Masse und die Leistung der Maschine zu handhaben .

■ Halten Sie die Maschine richtig: Seien Sie bereit, den üblichen oder plötzlichen Bewegungen entgegenzuwirken – halten Sie beide Hände bereit .

■ Achten sie darauf, dass Ihr Körper im Gleichgewicht ist und dass Sie sicheren Halt haben .

■ Vermeide Verletzungen durch Schneiden und Abschneiden: Ver­meiden Sie den Kontakt mit Sägeblatt oder –schneide wenn die Luftzufuhr an der Maschine angeschlossen ist . Tragen Sie Schutz­einrichtungen wie Handschuhe, Schürze und Helm .

■ Verletzungen können durch unkontrollierte Bewegungen der Ma­schine verursacht werden: Gewährleisten Sie immer, dass die Führungsplatte (wenn angebracht) fest gegen das Werkstück gehalten wird .

■ Schneiden mit diesen Maschinen führt zu scharfen Ecken . Tragen Sie Handschuhe, um die Hände zu schützen .

■ Geben Sie die Befehlseinrichtung zum Ingang­ und Stillsetzen im Falle einer Unterbrechung der Energieversorgung frei .

■ Verwenden Sie nur die vom Hersteller empfohlenen Schmiermittel .

■ Es müssen Schutzausrüstungen wie Sicherheitsbrillen verwendet werden; geeignete Handschuhe und Schutzkleidung sind empfehlenswert .

■ Seien Sie sich bewusst, dass das rotierend eingebaute Werkzeug anläuft, nachdem die Befehlseinrichtung zum Ingang­ und Stillsetzen freigegeben wurde .

Gefährdungen durch wiederholte Bewegungen ■ Bei der Verwendung von Kreis­ und oszillierenden Sägemaschi­

nen oder von Sägemaschinen mit hin­ und hergehendem Säge­blatt zum Durchführen von arbeitsbezogenen Tätigkeiten kann es möglicherweise bei der Bedienungsperson zu unangenehmen Empfindungen in den Händen und Armen, sowie im Hals­ und Schulterbereich oder an anderen Körperteilen kommen .

■ Bei der Verwendung von Kreis­ und oszillierenden Sägemaschi­nen oder von Sägemaschinen mit hin­ und hergehendem Säge­blatt sollte die Bedienungsperson eine bequeme Körperhaltung einnehmen, dabei auf sicheren Halt achten und ungünstige Körperhaltungen oder solche, bei denen es schwierig ist, das Gleichgewicht zu halten, vermeiden . Die Bedienungsperson sollte im Verlauf von lang andauernden Arbeiten die Körperhaltung verändern, was hilfreich bei der Vermeidung von Unannehmlich­keiten und Ermüdung sein kann .

■ Falls die Bedienungsperson Symptome wie z . B . andauerndes oder wiederholt auftretendes Unwohlsein, Beschwerden, Pochen, Schmerz, Kribbeln, Taubheit, Brennen oder Steifheit an sich wahrnimmt, sollten diese Anzeichen nicht ignoriert werden . Die Bedienungsperson sollte einen entsprechend qualifizierten Mediziner konsultieren .

Gefährdungen durch Zubehörteile ■ Trennen Sie die Kreis­ und oszillierenden Sägemaschinen sowie

die Sägemaschinen mit hin­ und hergehendem Sägeblatt vor dem Montieren oder Auswechseln des Maschinenwerkzeugs oder von Zubehörteilen von der Energieversorgung .

■ Verwenden Sie ausschließlich Zubehörteile und Verbrauchs­ materialien der vom Hersteller der Kreis­ und oszillierenden Säge­maschinen oder der Sägemaschinen mit hin­ und hergehendem Sägeblatt empfohlenen Größen und Typen . Verwenden Sie keine anderen Größen und Typen der Zubehör­teile und Verbrauchsmaterialien .

■ Vermeiden Sie vor und nach dem Verwenden des Maschinen­werkzeugs direkten Kontakt mit Zubehörteilen, da sie warm oder scharfkantig sein können .

■ Überprüfen Sie das Sägeblatt vor der Nutzung . Benutzen Sie keine Sägeblätter, die vielleicht heruntergefallen sind oder an denen Teile abgeschlagen, gerissen oder anderweitig schadhaft sind .

Gefährdungen am Arbeitsplatz ■ Ausrutschen, Stolpern und Stürzen sind Hauptgründe für Ver­

letzungen am Arbeitsplatz . Achten Sie auf Oberflächen, die durch den Gebrauch der Maschine rutschig geworden sein können, und auf durch den Luft­ oder den Hydraulikschlauch bedingte Stolpergefahren .

■ Gehen Sie in unbekannten Umgebungen mit Vorsicht vor . Es können versteckte Gefährdungen durch Strom­ oder sonstige Versorgungsleitungen gegeben sein .

■ Diese Kreis­ und oszillierenden Sägemaschinen oder diese Säge­maschinen mit hin­ und hergehendem Sägeblatt sind nicht zum Einsatz in explosionsfähigen Atmosphären bestimmt und nicht gegen Berührung mit elektrischen Leitungen isoliert .

■ Stellen Sie sicher, dass keine elektrischen Leitungen, Gasrohr­leitungen usw . vorhanden sind, die im Falle der Beschädigung durch die Verwendung der Maschine zu einer Gefährdung führen können .

Gefährdungen durch Staub und Dämpfe ■ Die beim Einsatz von Kreis­ und oszillierenden Sägemaschinen

sowie von Sägemaschinen mit hin­ und hergehendem Sägeblatt entstehenden Stäube und Dämpfe können gesundheitliche Schä­den (wie z . B . Krebs, Geburtsfehler, Asthma und/oder Dermatitis) verursachen; es ist unerlässlich, eine Risikobewertung in Bezug auf diese Gefährdungen durchzuführen und entsprechende Regelungsmechanismen zu implementieren .

■ In die Risikobewertung sollten die bei der Verwendung der Ma­schine entstehenden Stäube und die dabei möglicherweise auf­wirbelnden vorhandenen Stäube einbezogen werden .

■ Die Kreis­ und oszillierenden Sägemaschinen oder die Sägemaschinen mit hin­ und hergehendem Sägeblatt sind nach den in dieser Anleitung enthaltenen Empfehlungen zu betreiben und zu warten, um die Freisetzung von Staub und Dämpfen auf ein Mindestmaß zu reduzieren .

■ Die Abluft ist so abzuleiten, dass die Aufwirbelung von Staub in staubhaltigen Umgebungen auf ein Mindestmaß reduziert wird .

■ Falls Stäube oder Dämpfe entstehen, muss die Hauptaufgabe sein, diese am Ort ihrer Freisetzung zu kontrollieren .

■ Alle zum Auffangen, Absaugen oder zur Unterdrückung von Flugstaub oder Dämpfen vorgesehenen Einbau­ oder Zubehörtei­le der Maschine sollten den Anweisungen des Herstellers entsprechend eingesetzt und gewartet werden .

■ Die Verbrauchsmaterialien/Maschinenwerkzeuge sind den Emp­fehlungen der Betriebsanleitung entsprechend auszuwählen, zu warten und zu ersetzen, um eine unnötige Intensivierung der Staub­ oder Dampfentwicklung zu vermeiden .

■ Warnungen über das Risiko der Explosion oder von Feuer bezüglich des verarbeiteten Materials müssen gegeben werden .

■ Verwenden Sie Atemschutzausrüstungen nach den Anweisungen und wie nach den Arbeits­ und Gesundheitsschutzvorschriften gefordert .

■ Die Arbeit mit bestimmtem Material verursacht Emissionen von Staub und Dampf, was zu einer potentiell explosiven Umgebung führt .

Gefährdungen durch Lärm ■ Die Einwirkung hoher Lärmpegel kann bei ungenügendem Gehör­

schutz zu dauerhaften Gehörschäden, Hörverlust und anderen Problemen, wie z . B . Tinnitus (Klingeln, Sausen, Pfeifen oder Summen im Ohr), führen . Daher sind eine Risikobewertung und die Implementierung entsprechender Regelungsmechanismen für diese Gefährdungen unerlässlich .

■ Zu den für die Risikominderung geeigneten Regelungsmechanis­men gehören Maßnahmen wie z . B . die Verwendung von Dämm­stoffen, um an den Werkstücken auftretende Klingelgeräusche zu vermeiden .

■ Verwenden Sie Gehörschutzausrüstungen .

■ Die Kreis­ und oszillierenden Sägemaschinen oder die Sägemaschinen mit hin­ und hergehendem Sägeblatt sind nach den in der Betriebsanleitung enthaltenen Empfehlungen zu be­treiben und zu warten, um eine unnötige Erhöhung des Lärm­pegels zu vermeiden .

■ Die Verbrauchsmaterialien/Maschinenwerkzeuge sind den Empfehlungen der Betriebsanleitung entsprechend auszuwählen, zu warten und zu ersetzen, um eine unnötige Erhöhung des Lärm­pegels zu vermeiden .

■ Stellen Sie, falls die Kreis­ und oszillierenden Sägemaschinen oder die Sägemaschinen mit hin­ und hergehendem Sägeblatt mit einem Schalldämpfer ausgestattet sind, immer sicher, dass dieser an seinem Platz und funktionstüchtig ist, wenn die Maschine in Betrieb ist .

Gefährdungen durch Schwingungen ■ Die Einwirkung von Schwingungen kann Schädigungen an den

Nerven und Störungen der Blutzirkulation in Händen und Armen verursachen .

■ Tragen Sie bei Arbeiten in kalter Umgebung warme Kleidung und halten Sie ihre Hände warm und trocken .

■ Falls Sie ein Taubheitsgefühl, Kribbeln oder Schmerzen in Ihren Fingern oder Händen feststellen oder sich die Haut an Ihren Fingern oder Händen weiß verfärbt, stellen Sie die Arbeit mit der Druckluft­Säge ein und konsultieren Sie einen Arzt .

■ Die Kreis­ und oszillierenden Sägemaschinen oder die Sägemaschinen mit hin­ und hergehendem Sägeblatt sind nach den in dieser Betriebsanleitung enthaltenen Empfehlungen zu betreiben und zu warten, um eine unnötige Verstärkung der Schwingungen zu vermeiden .

■ Die Verbrauchsmaterialien/Maschinenwerkzeuge sind den Emp­fehlungen dieser Betirebsanleitung entsprechend auszuwählen, zu warten und zu ersetzen, um eine unnötige Verstärkung der Schwingungen zu vermeiden .

■ Nutzen Sie zum Halten der Masse der Maschine, wann immer möglich, einen Ständer, einen Spanner oder eine Ausgleichs­einrichtung .

■ Ηalten Sie die Maschine mit nicht allzu festem, aber sicherem Griff unter Einhaltung der erforderlichen Hand­Reaktionskräfte, denn das Schwingungsrisiko wird in der Regel mit zunehmender Griffkraft größer .

■ Unsachgemäße Befestigung des Sägeblatts kann einen über­höhten Schwingungspegel verursachen .

Zusätzliche Sicherheitsanweisungen für pneumatische Maschinen

■ Druckluft kann ernsthafte Verletzungen verursachen. – Sorgen Sie im Falle, dass die Maschine nicht gebraucht wird, sowie vor dem Austausch von Zubehörteilen oder vor der Aus­führung von Reparaturarbeiten dafür, dass die Luftzufuhr ge­schlossen ist, der Luftschlauch nicht unter Druck steht und dass die Maschine von der Luftzufuhr getrennt wird .

– Richten Sie den Luftstrom niemals gegen sich selbst oder gegen andere Personen .

■ Umherschlagende Schläuche können ernsthafte Verletzungen verursachen . Überprüfen Sie daher immer, ob die Schläuche und ihre Befestigungsmittel unbeschädigt sind oder sich nicht gelöst haben .

■ Falls Universal­Drehkupplungen (Klauenkupplungen) verwendet werden, müssen Arretierstifte eingesetzt werden; Whipcheck­Schlauchsicherungen müssen verwendet werden, um Schutz für den Fall eines Versagens der Verbindung des Schlauchs mit der Maschine und von Schläuchen untereinander zu bieten .

■ Sorgen Sie dafür, dass der auf der Maschine angegebene Höchstdruck nicht überschritten wird .

■ Tragen Sie mit Luft arbeitende Maschinen niemals am Schlauch .

Vor der Inbetriebnahme

Schmierung

WARNUNG!

► Vermeiden Sie Augen­ und Hautkontakt mit Schmierstoffen . ► Informieren Sie sich über die gesundheitlichen Gefahren des

verwendeten Öls im Sicherheitsdatenblatt des jeweiligen Her­stellers .

HINWEIS

► Zur Vermeidung von Reibung­ und Korrosionsschäden ist eine regelmäßige Schmierung besonders wichtig . Wir empfehlen ein geeignetes Druckluft­Spezialöl zu verwenden (z . B . Liqui Moly Kompressorenöl) .

– Schmierung mit Nebelöler Als Aufbereitungsstufe nach dem Druckminderer schmiert ein Nebelöler (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten) Ihr Gerät kon­tinuierlich und optimal . Ein Nebelöler gibt in feinen Tropfen Öl an die durchströmende Luft ab und garantiert so eine regelmäßige Schmierung .

– Manuelle Schmierung Wenn Sie über keinen Nebelöler verfügen, nehmen Sie vor jeder Inbetriebnahme bzw . bei längeren Arbeitsgängen eine Schmierung vor . Geben Sie 3–5 Tropfen Druckluft­Spezialöl in den Stecknippel .

Öl nachfüllenDamit die Druckluft­Säge lange einsatzfähig bleibt, muss aus­reichend Pneumatik­Öl im Gerät vorhanden sein .

Folgende Möglichkeiten stehen Ihnen zur Verfügung

♦ Schließen Sie eine Wartungseinheit mit Öler am Kompressor an .

♦ Installieren Sie einen Anbauöler in der Druckluftleitung oder am Druckluftgerät .

♦ Geben Sie alle 15 Betriebsminuten ca . 3–5 Tropfen Pneumatik­Öl von Hand in den Stecknippel .

Anschluss an eine Druckluftquelle

HINWEIS

► Vor Anschluss der Druckluftquelle – muss der richtige Arbeitsdruck (3–6,3 bar) vollständig auf­gebaut sein .

– ist sicherzustellen, dass sich der Abzug in seiner Ausgangs­position befindet .

♦ Schließen Sie das Gerät an einen Kompressor an, indem Sie den Stecknippel mit dem Versorgungsschlauch der Druckluftquelle verbinden .

♦ Damit Sie den Luftdruck regulieren können, muss die Druckluft­quelle mit einem Druckminderer ausgestattet sein .

Sägeblatt montieren/wechseln

ACHTUNG!

► Ist das Sägeblatt stumpf, verbogen oder defekt, muss es unverzüglich ausgetauscht werden .

► Achten Sie beim Wechsel des Sägeblatts stets darauf, dass die Druckluftversorgung unterbrochen ist!

♦ Öffnen Sie zunächst mit Hilfe eines Kreuzschlitzschraubendrehers die Abdeckung .

♦ Lockern Sie anschließend mit Hilfe des beiliegenden 4 mm Sechs­kantschlüssels die Innensechskantschrauben für die Säge­blattaufnahme und entnehmen Sie das Sägeblatt .

♦ Setzen Sie anschließend das neue Sägeblatt in die Sägeblatt­aufnahme ein und ziehen Sie die Innensechskantschrauben für die Sägeblattaufnahme fest .

♦ Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Sägeblatt korrekt in der Säge­blattaufnahme sitzt und sich nicht mehr herausziehen lässt .

♦ Verschließen Sie danach wieder die Abdeckung mit Hilfe des Kreuzschlitzschraubendrehers .

Anschlagbügel verstellen/wechseln ♦ Lösen Sie die Innensechskantschraube für den Anschlagbügel

mit Hilfe des beiligenden 2 mm Sechskantschlüssels . Nach dem Lösen der Innensechskantschraube kann der An­schlagbügel durch Ziehen gelöst werden .

♦ Nun ist ein Verstellen oder ein Kompletttausch des Anschlag­bügels möglich .

♦ Verschließen Sie nach dem Wechsel oder Verstellen des Anschlagbügels die zuvor gelöste Innensechskantschraube mit Hilfe des 2 mm Sechskantschlüssels wieder .

Bedienung

Ein-/Ausschalten

Einschalten

♦ Drücken Sie zuerst die Abzugssperre nach vorne und dann den Abzugshebel um das Gerät einzuschalten .

Ausschalten

♦ Lassen Sie den Abzugshebel los .

♦ Wenn Ihre Arbeit beendet ist, trennen Sie das Gerät von der Druckluftquelle .

Wartung, Reinigung und LagerungWARNUNG! VERLETZUNGSGEFAHR! Trennen Sie vor Wartungsarbeiten das Gerät vom Druckluftnetz.

ACHTUNG!

Wenn die Haut mit gefährlichen Stäuben in Kontakt kommt, kann dies zu schwerer Dermatitis führen . Falls während der Wartungsarbeiten Staub erzeugt oder aufgewirbelt wird, kann dieser eingeatmet werden .

■ Eine ausreichende und ständig intakte Ölschmierung ist für eine optimale Funktion von ganz entscheidender Bedeutung .

■ An dem Gerät sollte regelmäßig (etwa nach 1–2 Arbeitsgängen) eine Wartung durchgeführt werden .

■ Tragen Sie immer geeignete Arbeitshandschuhe .

■ Die Wartung darf nur von unterwiesenen Personen durchgeführt werden . Eine lange Lebensdauer und ein störungsfreier Betrieb dieses Qualitätsproduktes werden durch die Einhaltung der an­gegebenen Wartungshinweise garantiert .

■ Prüfen Sie bei jeder Wartung den Zustand Ihres Verbrauchs­materials und Zubehörs .

■ Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig den festen Sitz aller Schrauben, des Anschlagbügels und des Sägeblattes . Überprüfen Sie zudem regelmäßig Drehzahl und Schwingungspegel des Gerätes . Gerät bei unregelmäßigem Lauf vom Kompressor trennen .

■ Kontrollieren Sie regelmäßig den Zustand des Sägeblattes . Das Sägeblatt darf weder defekt noch verformt sein .

■ Reinigen Sie Ihr Werkzeug mit einem trockenen weichen Tuch oder blasen Sie es mit Druckluft leicht aus . Verwenden Sie keinesfalls ätzende Reinigungsmittel .

■ Achten Sie darauf, dass keine Flüssigkeiten in die Säge gelangen .

■ Lagern Sie das Gerät vor Witterungseinflüssen geschützt in trockenen, für Kinder nicht erreichbaren Räumen .

Sie erhalten auf dieses Gerät 3 Jahre Garantie ab Kaufdatum . Im Falle von Mängeln dieses Produkts stehen Ihnen gegen den Verkäufer des Produkts gesetzliche Rechte zu . Diese gesetzlichen Rechte werden durch unsere im Folgenden dargestellte Garantie nicht ein­geschränkt .

Garantiebedingungen

Die Garantiefrist beginnt mit dem Kaufdatum . Bitte bewahren Sie den Kassenbon gut auf . Dieser wird als Nachweis für den Kauf be­nötigt .

Tritt innerhalb von drei Jahren ab dem Kaufdatum dieses Produkts ein Material­ oder Fabrikationsfehler auf, wird das Produkt von uns – nach unserer Wahl – für Sie kostenlos repariert, ersetzt, oder der Kaufpreis erstattet . Diese Garantieleistung setzt voraus, dass inner­halb der Dreijahresfrist das defekte Gerät und der Kaufbeleg (Kassen bon) vorgelegt und schriftlich kurz beschrieben wird, worin der Mangel besteht und wann er aufgetreten ist .

Wenn der Defekt von unserer Garantie gedeckt ist, erhalten Sie das reparierte oder ein neues Produkt zurück . Mit Reparatur oder Aus­tausch des Produkts beginnt kein neuer Garantiezeitraum .

Garantiezeit und gesetzliche Mängelansprüche

Die Garantiezeit wird durch die Gewährleistung nicht verlängert . Dies gilt auch für ersetzte und reparierte Teile . Eventuell schon beim Kauf vorhandene Schäden und Mängel müssen sofort nach dem Auspacken gemeldet werden . Nach Ablauf der Garantiezeit an­fallende Reparaturen sind kostenpflichtig .

Das Gerät wurde nach strengen Qualitätsrichtlinien sorgfältig pro­duziert und vor Auslieferung gewissenhaft geprüft .

Die Garantieleistung gilt für Material­ oder Fabrikationsfehler . Diese Garantie erstreckt sich nicht auf Produktteile, die normaler Abnut­zung ausgesetzt sind und daher als Verschleißteile angesehen werden können oder für Beschädigungen an zerbrechlichen Teilen, z . B . Schalter oder Teile, die aus Glas gefertigt sind .

Diese Garantie verfällt, wenn das Produkt beschädigt, nicht sach­gemäß benutzt oder gewartet wurde . Für eine sachgemäße Benut­zung des Produkts sind alle in der Bedienungsanleitung aufgeführten Anweisungen genau einzuhalten . Verwendungszwecke und Hand­lungen, von denen in der Bedienungsanleitung abgeraten oder vor denen gewarnt wird, sind unbedingt zu vermeiden .

Das Produkt ist nur für den privaten und nicht für den gewerblichen Gebrauch bestimmt . Bei missbräuchlicher und unsachgemäßer Be­handlung, Gewaltanwendung und bei Eingriffen, die nicht von unse­rer autorisierten Serviceniederlassung vorgenommen wurden, erlischt die Garantie .
