The Service re· quires that {he Contractor shall connect daily with the train going to and returning from Carbonear.

The contract will be for twelve months from July· 1st, 1934 but may be terminated by one month's notice from the Department of Posts and Telegraphs.

The Secretary is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
