• During festive celebrations (e.g. CNY), parents take
the child back to hometown for celebration, leave
earlier than official holidays or come back later, the
school will not grant such leave, the child’s
attendance will be marked as ‘zero’.
• Very often the child is taken to holidays before the
school term is over. The attendance of the child will
be marked as ‘zero’ too.
• An App created by MOE:

him/her the option of a combination of standard and
foundation subjects, according to his/her strengths.
