It costs about $125 to register for a club. Also there is the cost of getting a kit together, this could range between $100 to $500 depending on what brands you get but sometimes the club is able to supply you with some gear for the season.

I take part in this hobby about twice a week when the season is on. One night for training and one morning for a game.

I got interested in cricket because when I was a little kid because my dad was always watching the cricket and then I started to watch it and I then became interested in it so my dad thought it would be a good idea to play for a team so I joined lower plenty.

Playing cricket is quite fun when you get into it. You need particular skills to play it properly and the skills are not in many other sports. It is good for creating god team skills and you can have a bit of fun if you play with your mates.
