• Extend express lanes from existing terminus to
George Washington Memorial Parkway
• Replace existing overpasses
• Implement shared-use path
• Replace and construct noise walls

Improves safety in the corridor by:
• Taking more cars off local roads
• Reducing the weaving needed to access the George
Washington Memorial Parkway and Dulles Toll Road
