• Colour– Brand colours, green and red (Green- information, Red- Promotion)– Color co-ordination & monotony breaking

• Lighting– Use of toned spot lights to highlight fruits and vegetables– Magazines section brightly lit – Dark blue lighting in electronics area to improve picture resolution– Pinkish light for the butchery to give healthy look to products

Recommendations
• Lighting – Has to be brighter– More reflection points should be created
• Color co-ordination - green, white and red – was dull• Can create signage on the floor to create excitement• A small play area can be created in the toy section• Music to create mood• Refrigerated section is too cold hence consumer
