• We found the store to be a little boring because of its dull lighting – less of white light used

Shoe, Cosmetics and Apparel sections had wooden flooring while all other sections had tiled flooring

• Colour– Brand colours, green and red (Green- information, Red- Promotion)– Color co-ordination & monotony breaking

Recommendations

• Lighting – Has to be brighter– More reflection points should be created

• Color co-ordination - green, white and red – was dull• Can create signage on the floor to create excitement• A small play area can be created in the toy section• Music to create mood• Refrigerated section is too cold hence consumer
