Hygienic process connections and level evaluation modules The hygienic process connectionshygienic process connectionshygienic process connectionshygienic process connections are adapters for inserting the various level measurement / temperature / pressure and conductivity sensors into the pipeline or the vessel. The adapters have to be selected based on the connection thread of the measuring device (½", 1" or M12).The special feature of this sealing system is that the seal between the measuring device and the adapter is gasket-free, meaning that no maintenance of this seal is necessary. And all of this free of dead space and in a hygienic design which is even EHEDG certified.

The evaluation moduleevaluation moduleevaluation moduleevaluation module is necessary to monitor level measurement sensors (2 and more rods). The sensitivity of the relay can be changed on the front of the module. LEDs display the switching states of the relays. Each module can switch two levels / outputs.
