STEERING PLANT:The plant is set up with a world class manufacturing facility to produce Column mounted EPS (C-EPS) System for Passenger vehicles.
To ensure high level of quality, a variety of processes are in built in the assembly line as such., Poke Yoke, Robotic Visual Inspection & auto conveyor for ease of material handling, along with a complete Production validation facility.
Mando Automotive India Limited, located near Chennai, was set up to manufacture state-of-the-art Steering systems, brake systems, struts & shock absorbers.

COLLABORATION
The company (MIL) was set up in 1997 as a joint venture between the Anand Group, India and Mando Corporation, Korea to manufacture brake systems.
Another Facility (MIS) was inaugurated in 2006 as a 100% subsidiary of Mando, Korea to manufacture Steering systems.
Both the companies (MIL & MIS) were merged in April 2013 & now operating as Mando Automotive India Limited (MAIL), joint venture between the Anand Group, India and Mando Corporation, Korea
