MESSAGE BOARD
Changes to the program and general announcements will be posted on the message board throughout the meeting. The message board is located next to the registration desk.
MEETING EVALUATIONS
At the conclusion of the meeting, registered participants will be asked to complete a brief online evaluation. The link will be sent to the email address you provided at registration. Your feedback is appreciated as it better prepares our Events staff for future meetings.
INTERNET ACCESS
Wireless internet service is available for all meeting attendees. The wifi access code is avalable at the Registration Desk. This access is limited to the meeting venues only.
INTERPRETATION SERVICES
Infinity Translation Services will provide simultaneous Spanish and Portuguese interpretation for all plenary sessions, and most breakout sessions in the Promenade Room. Interpretation headsets can be picked up from the Infinity Translation booth located in the Promenade Room.
MEALS
Complimentary meals are provided during the meeting. All meals and breaks are served in the East & State Ballrooms. If you are attending a breakfast or lunch session, meals will be provided in the meeting room.
Attendees will be on their own for lunch on Friday, unless you are attending a session that begins or goes past noon.
