Coordinator (P. Monaghan? TBC)

• Following Review of RAMS, LWC may be issued

• Point of isolation issued for work on LV systems/ System Connection Rules

SAFETY:• APDF work is undertaken

under APDF Local Safety Instructions/Safety Rules

• Rules submitted to NG For Review

• RAMS submitted to NG 3 weeks prior to work taking place for review by NG

Operational:• APDF work under a point

of isolation for any LV work utilising their own Safety Instructions

APDF Working Party Requires:NG Persons NG Competent Persons (key Holder also)Approved scaffolders for NG Safety Rules

Operational:• NG Local Instructions • NG Performs CPO

Notes:• Area will be delineated with the EPC Contractor as PC

under the CDM Regs. APDF can access through own gate but will require a key holder under NG rules. This should be agreed at CDM meeting and also discussed through TP153 meeting to finalise.

• Programme of work to be managed through TP106 and specific working groups. APDF must submit detailed activity programme.

• Note: If earths are not terminated insulated working must be carried out under NSI 5,6 &24, RAMS should be based on this (preferably not done until earths are connected for safety)

Actions• APDF to confirm what qualifications/inductions NG Working Party Requires to

install Protection Relays in M1/M2 and process for submitting RAMS• APDF to confirm list of personnel undergoing Person/Competent Person

training from AP and DF and that a key holder will also be provided• APDF to confirm the qualifications of their contractors who will access the

substation for cable pulling HV/LV/I&C, cable support install and terminations• APDF RAMs to be submitted to NG a minimum of 3 weeks prior to proposed

work, this is to be coordinated through the TP106/153 meetings on site. ESBI remind APDF of site RAMS review period by OE prior to submission to NG.

• A safety inaugural meeting will be required to take place 6 weeks prior to any works commencing, APDF to advise when this should be scheduled

• APDF to review programme submitted under APDF/CPL/1187 and advise on current programme as changes should be coordinated through the TP meetings with NG
