5.2 M t:5.2.1 Phn tch s liu:- NV TKT Tnh/TP ly s liu thng k mc cell t Server KPI Tnh, thc hin phn tch s liu mc cell hoc mc trm khi cn thit, s liu phn tch bao gm 3 nhm, c th nh sau:5.2.1.1. Cc s liu lin quan n nghn(t l, s knh TCH v TU):a. S liu lin quan n nghn knh thoi:

- TCH Traffic: Lu lng trung bnh trong mt ngy.- TCH Traffic Peak Hour: Lu lng gi cao im.- No TCH Ass Att: S lng knh TCH c yu cu cp pht.- No TCH Ass Succ: S lng knh TCH c cp pht thnh cng.

- SDCCH Traffic: lu lng trn knh bo hiu trung bnh trong mt ngy.

- SDCCH TrafficPeak Hour: lu lng trn knh bo hiu gi cao im.

- No SDCCH Attemp: S lng knh SDCCH c yu cu cp pht.

- No SDCCH Assigment Success: S lng knh SDCCH c cp pht thnh cng.

- Failed Cell Outgoing Handovers (Timing Advance): S lng chuyn giao ra ngoi cell tht bi do Timing Advance (do khng th ng b v mt thi gian gia MS v BTS).

- Failed Cell Outgoing Handovers (OM Intervention): S lng chuyn giao ra ngoi cell tht bi do s can thip t OMC.- Failed Cell Outgoing Handovers (Other Causes): S lng chuyn giao ra ngoi cell tht bi do cc nguyn nhn khc.5.2.2 Xc nh cell ti cn x l:5.2.2.1 Xc nh cc cell c t l nghn cao a. Cell c Subscriber perceived congestion rate Peak hour (Sub Per) ti:- nh gi t l Sub Per ca tng cell theo b ch tiu KPIs mi nht ca P.KT TCT. Nu t l Sub Per cha t ch tiu (VD:>0.5) th coi nh cell xt ang nghn, sp xp theo th t gim dn Sub Per (u tin x l cc cell c Sub Per cao nht). nh du cc cell cn x l.- Tnh TU ca tng cell c xc nh l nghn. Tnh TU (c HR v khng HR) theo ngy v mt tun, vic ny xc nh cell nghn ngy v cell nghn tun.

- Xc nh cc cell Neighbour ca cell xt, thc hin xc inh Sub Per v tnh TU theo nh trn. Vic ny phc v cho qu trnh Share ti c th xy ra gia cell xt v Neighbour.

b. Cell c SCR ti:

- nh gi t l SCR ca tng cell theo b ch tiu KPIs mi nht ca P.KT TCT. Nu t l Sub Per cha t ch tiu (VD:>0.25) th coi nh cell xt ang nghn, sp xp theo th t gim dn Sub Per (u tin x l cc cell c Sub Per cao nht). nh du cc cell cn x l.

- Thc hin thng k d liu SCR, No SDCCH Att, No SDCCH Congestion theo ngy v mt tun xc nh cell ti t bin hay ti lu di.

5.2.2.2 Xc nh cc cell c t l thit lp thnh cng thp:- Sp xp theo th t tng dn ca CSSR v theo th t gim dn ca s yu cu thit lp cuc gi ( No TCH Att ), xc nh cc cell c CSSR ti hn tiu chun mi nht ca P.KT TCT ( < 99.65 %), u tin cc cell c lng yu cu cp pht SDCCH ln nht x l.

- Thc hin thng k d liu CSSR , SDR, TCR, TCH Ass Suc rate, No TCH Ass Att, No TCH Ass Suc theo ngy v theo gi xc nh CSSR ti t bin hay ti trong thi gian di. Da vo d liu SDR, TCR, TCH Ass Suc Rate xc nh CSSR km do SDR ti hay do TCR ti hoc do TCH Ass Suc rate km.

5.2.2.3 Xc nh cc cell c t l rt cuc gi ln:

a. Cell c CDR ti:- Sp xp theo th t gim dn v CDR v No TCH Drop, xc nh cc cell c CDR>1 v No TCH Drop cao nht. u tin x l cc cell c s lng TCH Drop cao nht v CDR >1 .nh du cc cells cn x l.

b. Cell c SDR ti:

- Sp xp theo th t gim dn v SDR v No SDCCH Drop, xc nh cc cell c SDR>0.5 v No SDCCH Drop cao nht. u tin x l cc cell c s lng SDCCH Drop cao nht v SDR >0.5 .nh du cc cells cn x l.

5.2.2.4 Cell c HOSR ti:- Sp xp theo th t tng dn v HOSR, theo th t gim dn v s lng HO tht bi. Xc nh cc cell c t l HOSR thp hn Target trong b ch tiu KPIs ca P.KT TCT a ra v cc cell c s lng HO tht bi cao nht. u tin x l cc cell c s lng HO tht bi cao nht v HOSR cha t Target. nh du cc cells cn x l.5.2.3 Tm nguyn nhn: 5.2.3.1 Tm nguyn nhn dn n nghn SDCCH v TCH:

a. Cell c Sub Per ti:- Trng hp 1: Nu cell xt c Traffic thp, c Sub Per > 0.5 v TU (c HR)>=95%, b mt ti nguyn v tuyn.- Trng hp 2: Nu cell xt c Traffic cao, c Sub Per > 0.5 v TU (c HR) >=95%, cha khai HR, khai HR 0.5 v TU (c HR)>=95%, khai HR ti a, cu hnh cell ti a, lp Co-site v u TG, nhng Traffic ca cc cell Neighbour thp hoc cao.

b. Cell c SCR ti:

- Trng hp 1: Nu cell xt c lng SDCCH Att thp, gi tr counter R3560 ( Maximum Number of Busy Channel ( SDCCH )) nh hn s Sub SDCCH c cu hnh, nhng SCR > 0.5 % , chng t cell b mt ti nguyn v tuyn. Trong cc trng hp trm b li phn cng ( li card DTMU, DTRU, DRFU, li mt phn tp ) hoc khi cht lng lung truyn dn khng m bo ( nhy lung, mt lung ) c th gy nn hin tng nghn t bin SCR.

- Trng hp 2: SCR ti do cell lng SDCCH Att ln, gi tr counter R3560: Maximum Number of Busy Channel ( SDCCH ) xp x hoc bng s vi s Sub SDCCH c cu hnh cho cell, chng t lng knh SDCCH khng c cu hnh cho cell. iu ny c th do cc nguyn nhn nh cell nm ti khu vc ng dn c dn n nhu cu thit lp cuc gi, gi tin nhn SMS ln, hoc do cell nm ti bin LAC dn n nhu cu cp nht v tr ln ( Location Update ).

5.2.3.2 Tm nguyn nhn t l thit lp cuc gi km:- Do CSSR lin quan n SDR v TCH Ass Suc Rate do cn xc nh CSSR ti do SDR ti hay do TCH Ass Suc ti x l. Trong ch s TCH Ass Suc Rate ti c th do TCR ti, hoc do v tuyn ti dn n t l cp pht knh TCH thnh cng km.

5.2.3.3 Tm nguyn nhn t l rt cuc gi ln:

a. Cell c CDR ti:

- i vi cc cell c s lng TCH Drop cao nht v CDR>1 % th nguyn nhn xc nh da vo cc Counter nu phn Phn tch s liu. Bao gm 6 Counter ( c 6 nguyn nhn.- Trng hp 1: Nu s lng TCH Drop ri nhiu vo cc nguyn nhnNO_MR, Abis_Link_Fail v c bit l STABLE_STATE th thng l do: sng yu, mt sng t ngt, TA, cht lng tn hiu km v do nhy lung (lung km).- Trng hp 2: Nu s lng TCH Drop ri nhiu vo cc nguyn nhn HO_Fail, Force_HO, th nguyn nhn ch yu do: ti u Neighbour cha tt, phn khai bo v Relation cha tt v hin tng Overshooting dn n HO PingPong.- Trng hp 3: Nu s lng TCH Drop ri nhiu vo nguyn nhn EQUIP_FAIL, th nguyn nhn ch yu do li thit b phn cng.

b. Cell c SDR ti:

- Tng t nh CDR i vi cc cell c s lng SDCCH Drop cao nht v c SDR > 0.5% th nguyn nhn xc nh da vo cc counter nu trong phn Phn tch s liu. Bao gm 6 counter -> c 6 nguyn nhn tng t nh CDR.

- Trng hp 1: Nu s lng SDCCH Drop ri nhiu vo cc nguyn nhnNO_MR, Abis_Link_Fail v c bit l STABLE_STATE th thng l do: sng yu, mt sng t ngt, TA, cht lng tn hiu km v do nhy lung (lung km). Ngoi ra nu vic phn b LAC khng hp l dn n lng SDCCH Att ln cng l mt nguyn nhn dn n lng SDCCH Drop trong trng thi STABLE STATE tng cao nu iu kin v tuyn ca cell ti.- Trng hp 2: Nu s lng SDCCH Drop ri nhiu vo cc nguyn nhn HO_Fail, Force_HO, th nguyn nhn ch yu do: ti u Neighbour cha tt, phn khai bo v Relation cha tt v hin tng Overshooting dn n HO PingPong.

- Trng hp 3: Nu s lng TCH Drop ri nhiu vo nguyn nhn EQUIP_FAIL, th nguyn nhn ch yu do li thit b phn cng.

5.2.3.4 Tm nguyn nhn cc cell c t l chuyn giao ti:

- Da vo 11 Counter thng k nguyn nhn HO Fail phn Phn tch s liu ta c th chia thnh 3 trng hp:

- Trng hp 1: HO Fail l do cht lng tn hiu km, sng yu, TA, t nhin mt sng, do li trm hoc do khai bo trn h thng.- Trng hp 2: HO Fail l do ti v ti cc cell tt hn.- Trng hp 3: HO Fail l do s can thip t MSC v OMC.5.2.4 X l:5.2.4.1 X l cell c t l nghn cao:

a. Cell c Sub Per ti:

- Trng hp 1: Nu cell xt b nghn do mt ti nguyn, NV TKT Tnh thc hin khc phc cc li trm gy mt ti nguyn nh: li sng ng (s dng my Bird), li mt phn tp thu, li Card thu pht DTRU, card DTMU (BTS3012), card DRFU (DBS3900)...Thc hin Reset cng ti trm cc card thu pht, phi hp vi P.VHKT (NOC) khc phc li trm.- Trng hp 2: xut vi TKT KV bt HR hoc khai tng t l HR. Nu cell c cu hnh =95% 4/7 ngy xut nng cu hnh cho cc cell xt (c th s dng cu hnh 8 TRx trong trng hp cn thit). Trng hp cell cha lp co-site c th xut lp co-site hoc u TG.

- Trng hp 3: Xc nh cell Neighbour c Traffic thp, iu chnh co vng ph cell xt v m rng vng ph cell Neighbour Traffic thp (cn o kim chc chn l cell xt HO sang c cell Neighbour Traffic thp), iu chnh Azimuth chia s vng Traffic cao cho cc cells Neighbour xung quanh.b. Cell c SCR ti:

- Trng hp 1: Nu xt nguyn nhn dn n nghn SCR do mt ti nguyn v tuyn, NV TKTU Tnh cn thc hin cc bin php khc phc li trm tng t nh cc bc trn.

- Trng hp 2: Nu xt nguyn nhn dn n nghn SCR do khng ti nguyn so vi nhu cu th cn xem xt cc yu t sau:

+ Kim tra xem cell c nm ti khu vc bin LAC hay khng, kim tra tnh hp l ca bin LAC ( c ct ngang khu vc c dn c ng , c nm dc theo ng giao thng hay khng ..). Nu bin LAC khng hp l th chn phng n dch bin LAC. Nu bin LAC hp l nhng lng SDCCH Att qu ln th c th xem xt n phng n tng CRH lm gim lng ping pong Location Update.

+ Nu nhu cu s dng SDCCH ln hn so vi lng SDCCH c cp pht tin hnh khai d phng SDCCH chng nghn.

5.2.4.2 X l cell c CSSR km:

Sau khi phn tch nguyn nhn dn n CSSR ti tin hnh x l ty theo cc trng hp sau:

+ Trng hp 1: CSSR ti do SDR ti, tin hnh ti u SDR cho cell.

+ Trng hp 2: CSSR ti do TCH Ass Suc Rate ti. Nu TCH Ass Suc rate ti do TCR ti th tin hnh ti u TCR. Sau khi kim tra ti nguyn TCH th cn kim tra xem c li trong qu trnh cp pht TCH do vic cp pht ti nguyn Abis b li hay khng ( xt counter R3612B, R3613B ), nu c li xut hin th cn kim tra cht lng lung truyn dn. Nu TCH Ass Suc Rate ti nhng khng c nghn knh TCH v khng c li trn ng Abis th cn kim tra li trm v mi trng v tuyn ca cell.

5.2.4.3 X l cell c ch s rt cuc gi ti:

a. Cell c CDR ti:

- Trng hp 1: Kim tra li lung truyn dn, co vng ph i vi trng hp sng yu v TA, iu chnh Azimuth trnh vt cn i vi trng hp b mt sng t ngt, xut thay tn cho cc trng hp rt do nhiu.- Trng hp 2: iu chnh vng ph gim hin tng Overshooting, kim tra li cc hng chuyn giao km bng my MS o sng.

- Trng hp 3: Tin hnh sa cc li ti trm BTS nh: li sng ng (s dng my Bird), li mt phn tp thu...b. Cell c SDR ti:

- Tng t nh qu trnh x l CDR tng ng vi cc nhm nguyn nhn cn thc hin cc ng tc ti u nh sau:

+ Trng hp 1: S dng nhm gii php nng cao cht lng tn hiu ca cell nh hiu chnh vng ph ( chnh tilt , azimuth ), hiu chnh tn s, thay i thng s mm..

+ Trng hp 2: S dng nhm gii php nhm nng cao cht lng chuyn giao nh ti u vng ph chng overshoot, ti u quan h neighbor.

+ Trng hp 3: X l li trm gim lng SDCCH Drop do li thit b.

Ngoi ra ti u SDR cn thc hin r sot bin LAC, ng thi xem xt thay i thng s CRH gim lng Ping-Pong Location Update.

5.2.4.4 X l cell c HOSR ti:c. Cell c HOSR ti:

- Trng hp 1: NV TKT Tnh thc hin ti u li vng ph cho cell xt trong trng hp HO Fail do TA, sng yu, t nhin mt sng. o RxQual cho cc trng hp HO Fail do cht lng tn hiu km v xut thay tn khi cn thit. Khc phc li trm, kim tra lung v phi hp vi NV TKTKV ti u li Neighbour, kim tra cc thng s khai bo Relation.

- Trng hp 2, 3: Phi hp vi NV TKTKV r sot li cc thng s khai bo.

* Ch : Sau khi x l ln 1 NV TKT Tnh cn theo di s liu trong 3 ngy nu khng ci thin, tin hnh r sot li cc nguyn nhn nh trn v x l ln 2, sau theo di s liu, nu tip tc khng ci thin th phi hp vi P.TKT KV.5.2.5 Yu cu TKT KV h tr: 5.2.5.1 X l cc cell c t l nghn cao:

a. Cell c Sub Per ti:

- Trng hp 1: Phi hp vi Tnh tin hnh thay th cc thit b hng, nu l cc trm VSAT th cn tnh ton dung lng lung VSAT sao cho p ng c cu hnh ca trm. Kim tra li cc thng s khai bo mc cell trn BSC.- Trng hp 2: H tr tnh trong vic khai bo HR, NCH, m bo cht lng cc trm u TG. Trng hp iu chnh vng ph bng thng s vt l khng c kt qu c th iu chnh thng s mm phc v Share ti nh: CRO (Idle Mode), Direct Retry, Load HO, Layer HO, Enhanced Dual Band HO, EDGE HO.- Trng hp iu chnh tham s mm khng c kt qu th yu cu NV TKT Tnh tin hnh kho st trm mi nhm share ti cho cell xt.b. Cell c SCR ti:

- Trng hp 1: Phi hp vi Tnh tin hnh thay th cc thit b hng, nu l cc trm VSAT th cn tnh ton dung lng lung VSAT sao cho p ng c cu hnh ca trm. Kim tra li cc thng s khai bo mc cell trn BSC.- Trng hp 2: H tr tnh trong vic khai bo SDCCH d phng, thc hin NCH nu sau khi tng s knh SDCCH s lng TCH khng m bo. Trng hp iu chnh vng ph bng thng s vt l khng c kt qu c th iu chnh thng s mm phc v Share ti nh: CRO (Idle Mode). 5.2.5.2. Cell c ch s thit lp cuc gi thnh cng thp:

- Da vo d liu phn tch a ra nguyn nhn CSSR ti do SDR ti hay do TCH Ass Suc ti. Thc hin cc hnh ng hiu chnh tng ng vi tng nhm nguyn nhn.

5.2.5.3. Cell c CDR, SDR ti:

- R sot cc thng s khai bo ca cell xt BSC, MSC. Trng hp cell b nhiu tin hnh thay tn cho cell xt, ti u Neighbour cho cc cell b sng yu v mt sng t ngt. S dng mt s thng s mm iu chnh vng ph cho cell xt khi cn thit nh: RACH Min.Access Level, RXLEV_ACCESS_MIN, Radio Link TimeOut...- Nu cell c SDR ti nm ti bin LAC th cn r sot xem bin LAC c hp l hay khng, thc hin iu chnh nu bin LAC khng hp l ( ct ngang khu ng dn c, bin LAC nm dc theo ng giao thng ..). Xem xt hiu chnh thng s CRH chng ping pong HO.

5.2.5.4. Cell c HOSR ti:

- Ti u Neighbour, b i cc Relation khng cn thit v Fail nhiu. Trnh hin tng add Neighbour qu nhiu (qu t) v add Neighbour vt qua cc trm. Kim tra li cc thng s khai bo Relation nh: PBGT HO Threshold, Inter-cell HO Hysteresis..., cc thng s khai bo External cell, Outer LAI.

- Phn tch cc trng hp Fail v iu chnh cc thng s khai bo cho ph hp. VD: trng hp HO Fail do ti th r sot li ton b cc tham s phn Load HO, HO Fail do cht lng km r sot cc thng s phn Interference HO, Bad Quality HO, PBGT HO... 6. H sSTTTn h sTrch nhim luThi gian luGhi ch
