I’ve always enjoyed fishing on the river which is full of chub, bream, pike and carp which run to a very good size. Our children enjoyed canoeing at the weekend when they were little, and it’s always been on my To-Do list to add a mooring to the 100ft river frontage so that we could

keep a river cruiser.”
