What is a stick figureA stick figure is a very simple type of drawing
made of lines, circles and dots, often of the human form or animals.
Often, in a human stick figure, the head is represented by a circle, sometimes with some details such as eyes, mouth or hair.

Importance in teachingStick figures are typically drawn by hand
with a chalk stick, crayon, pen, pencil, marker or whatever is at hand.
Stick figures have proven effective as a source of teaching since save the money, time and effort for illustrating ideas.
Even for producing video for teaching purposes, the stick figures are easy to draw and can be animated much faster than full drawings.

Simple stick figuresInvariably, the arms,
legs and torso are all represented by straight lines.
