Identifying a Contact as a Human Service Provider or Training Provider will allow the Provider to maintain their own information

By checking either Human Service Provider or ITA Training Provider the application will generate a Username

LWA staff with the proper Role can Reset the password The Provider could then be given the URL and

Password which will allow them to enter the system and maintain Location, Contact, or Human Service Provider Information
