Definition : The process of finding and hiring the best-

qualified candidate (from within or outside of an organization) for a job opening, in a timely and cost effective manner. The recruitment process includes analyzing the requirements of a job, attracting employees to that job, screening and selecting applicants, hiring, and integrating the new employee to the organization.

Paid Leave/ Casual leave/ Sick leaves. Leaves to be approved by the TL in the first

level. For more than two days Leaves to be

approved by the HR/ Manager.

HR’s should act like as parents for the Employees, to be taking care of Employees Wealth and Health part..

Loan Arrangements, Required certificate to be provided by the HR to Employees.

Refreshments of Tea/ Coffee. Snacks to be provided by the Organization. Proper Infrastructure for the workers. Lunch hall/ Wash room Facilities. HR is a Facilitator for Employees.

HR should struggle with the Management to get the Employees Benefits like, Incentives/ Increments.

Lunch/ Dinner Meet for the Performers. Organizing the Tour Trip for employees. These all are making the Employees to

Recognition) Programs.

Every companies offering performance appraisal based on the Industry/ Organization.

Some Companies are offering yearly basis hike, and some companies offering 6 month basis performance appraisal.

Based on the Probationary period performance and behavior employees will get their Salary Hike.

Performance system is to analyze the employees Productivity and behavioral performance.

But Promotion is not only based on the Tenure days/months.

Notice periods are like 15 days, one month/ Two months.

During their notice period Employees are supposed to give their best performance.

HR should conduct Exit Interview, about organization, reason for relieving, try to retain the employee.

Employees to be given the company assets like ID cards, documents etc.
