• “HRM is the function performed in organizations that facilitates the most effective use of people (employees ) to achieve organizational and individual goals.”

FEATURES OF HRM• HRM is concerned with employees both as individuals and
as group in attaining goals. It is also concern with behavior and social aspects of personnel.
• It is concerned with the development of human resourses and attending and achieving employee goals, including job satisfaction.
• HRM covers all levels &categories of employees.
• HRM is a continuous & unending process.
• It aims at attaining the goals of organization, individual and society in an integrated approach.
