Target Audience: Sr. Project Managers

Context: A few mission critical projects were not being completed in time. Far too manydelays due to defects in the application had resulted in escalation of projects costs and loss ofcredibility with the client. The organisation decided to step in and take remedial action. Input: Post a diagnostic study, a framework for managing projects from a BehavioralPerspective was evolved and a residential MDP was designed for 3 Days. Participants workedon real life projects & simulations and received instant feedback on their project managementcompetencies.

Result: Post evaluation studies indicated an enhanced capability of project managers toAnticipate risks, take preventive measures, diagnose interpersonal or team issues, involve team members in the decision making & problem solving process.

Without exception all participants reported an increase in confidence in managing projects, organization wide study indicated healthy dashboards and greater predictability in terms ofdelivering results.

Case Studies

Industry: Telecom

Target Audience: Sr. Managers / DGM (All functions)

Context: The Organizational intent was to build line manager capability in implementing the operational strategy, leaders who impact business results significantly in an environment of rapid growth, uncertainty, change and intense competition.

Input: A leadership retreat with the following components:-•270 degree Feedback & Behavioral Profiling•Leadership Retreat •Coaching & Feedback•Individual Development Plan

Result: Participants were able to reflect on their intrinsic leadership styles and behaviors and diagnose the areas for self development, build an action plan to enhance their leadership impact effectiveness on the job. Post training support via coaching, mails etc was offered as part of the program. Review process was anchored by Circle HR & Business Head.

A study after 6 weeks indicated that the IDP was being implemented & Participants were experimenting with new behaviors which resulted in greater Productivity & enhanced team performance.
