Definition
Human Factors is a scientific discipline that applies systematic methods and knowledge about people to evaluate and improve the interaction between individuals, technology and organisations.
The aim is to create a working environment that to the largest extent possible contributes to achieve healthy, effective and safe operations.
Why do we need HF-Assessment Method?

Guidance to the Frame regulations § 1, state that goals are to reflect the current/ongoing societal and technological development. This requirement is of special relevance to control rooms where new technologies and work practices are under continual development. HSE related goals shall outweigh other goals (e.g. economic) if there is a conflict between goals.
