Why take your Executive MBA at Hult?

Our Executive MBA program has been designed to meet the needs of today’s busy executives and to prepare them for the future. Hult Executive MBA graduates are equipped with the skills to succeed on a senior level in today’s global and fast-paced environment.

Our flexible Executive MBA program can be completed according to your schedule

The Executive MBA program covers the same curriculum as Hult’s top-ranked full-time MBA program. However, the Executive MBA program has been designed to suit

professionals with specific scheduling needs. Our Executive MBA program can be taken weekly or monthly in Dubai, and monthly in London. Our monthly schedule requires a commitment of four days per month and is designed for students who face a significant commute to our campus and wish to keep this to a minimum.

A truly international student body

For over 40 years, the school has been training leaders from all over the world—from Spain to South Africa, Iceland to India, and China to Chile. Our Executive MBA students

are experienced professionals from over 80 countries who possess an average ten years work experience, with an average age of 34. This breadth of experience, insight, and cultural perspectives that our students bring to the classroom creates an extraordinary learning environment.

Advance your international career

Ranked 1st for post-graduation salary increase by The

Economist, Hult’s MBA program is the obvious choice for executives wanting to progess in their career. As an

Executive MBA student with us, you will instantly achieve international exposure as you build relationships across the Hult’s global network.

Hult’s LEAP method gives you hands-on training through the involvement of Fortune 500 executives in selected MBA projects.

Hult is a pioneer of action learning, integrating classroom teaching with real-life experience. Our curriculum is inspired by three key concepts: “learn,” “experience,” and

“Action Project”—Hult’s LEAP method. This means not simply passively listening to lectures, but actually learning by doing; that is, applying the tools and concepts of MBA courses to real-world business situations. An integral part of our leap method is the Action Project, which gives you the chance to apply the skills you learned in the classroom and to work in a small team focused on solving a current business problem in a project designed in consultation with a Fortune 500 executive. As an Executive MBA student, there is also the possibility of working on an action project created in partnership with your current employer, meaning a “win win” situation for you and your company.

Our world-class faculty possesses real-world business experience

Our global faculty has outstanding academic credentials as well as with real-life experience running and managing successful businesses. For example,

Dr. Patrick Courtin, Professor of Negotiations, has been the CEO of several successful high-tech companies and serves on the board of major enterprises; Dr. Hitendra Patel, chairman of Hult’s Innovation and Growth Action Learning Program, has worked at Motorola and the Monitor Group, founded venture-backed companies, and registered six patents.

Hult is in the world’s top 1% of best business schools

Hult is ranked in the top 20 business schools in the U.S. and top 30 in the world by The Economist, and currently ranks in the Financial Times’ top 100 business schools in

the world. These rankings recognize our uniquely international focus, the quality of our program and faculty, and our exceptional student body and alumni network. Our students ability to find employment and increase their earning power, as well as the diversity of the industries they enter after completion, are key factors represented in these rankings. Hult International Business School is a fully accredited member of the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) and the Association of MBAs (AMBA). Hult’s MBA was the first U.S. program ever to be accredited by AMBA.

Hult’s Global Campus Rotation: an extraordinary opportunity to study in the world’s fastest-growing economies

Alexandre Lemille, Hult Executive MBA Class of 2011Getting U.S. faculty on my doorstep was a real bonus. Unlike other bschools I looked at, Hult has campuses around the globe so I get the opportunity to study in key market economies while gaining my U.S. MBA.

As an Executive MBA student, you have three lives that you learn to juggle and manage: your work life, your student life and your family life. Yet, one of the most challenging elements of the MBA program comes apparent during group projects given the broad cultural diversity and different backgrounds of our classmates. We depend upon one another and therefore have to learn to understand each other to win as a team. Working in a multi-cultural environment is a must in today’s business world and the Hult MBA helps you to reach that mindset at the most

professional level. At the end of the curriculum you talk the same business language, and have a heightened awareness and understanding of your colleagues’ cultural values and views that you bring to your professional work environment.

I am really looking forward to graduating this summer after an intense but incredible two years. My plan is to apply my skill and knowledge to helping communities in Africa develop their education, entrepreneurship, and health systems. I am fortunate to be in a position to implement these in my current role while advancing with my career with Cisco Systems as it is a company that shares my values in CSR and social innovation. Overall, choosing to take my MBA at Hult has been a rewarding decision and I would recommend it to any executives considering further education.
