1.0 GABATARWA

Wannan qasida za ta yi tsokaci ne a kan ‘Hukunce-hukuncen Kiran Salla a

cikin Qur’ani da Sunnah bisa fahimtar Magabata na Qwarai’. Qasidar za

ta tattauna a kan ma’anar kiran salla da falalarsa da hukunce-hukuncen da

ke rataye da shi. Daga qarshe, qasidar za ta yi tsokaci a kan waxansu kura-

kurai da suka shafi kiran salla.

Ina roqon Allah Ya yi mana muwafaqa.

2.0 MA’ANA DA HUKUNCIN KIRAN SALLA ( )

Kalmar (Kiran Salla) na da ma’ana a harshen larabci ( ) da ma’ana a

Shari’ah. A harshen larabci, kalmar na nufin ‘sanar da wani abu’ (

). Kalmar ta zo da irin wannan ma’ana a cikin faxin Allah ( ):

A Shari’ah, kalmar na nufin ‘sanar da lokacin Sallah da lafuzza sanannu,

kevantattu da Sharia’h ta tabbatar’. Kuma ana kiransa sabo da mai

kiran Sallah na kiran mutane zuwa ga yin salla ne. Irin wannan ma’ana ta

zo cikin faxin Allah ( ):

Malamai sun yi ittifaqi a kan shar’ancin kiran salla, amma sun yi savani

game da hukuncinsa. Magana mafi qarfi ita ce: kiran salla farilla ce ta

kifaya ( ) a kan maza, ga kowace sallar farilla, a halin tafiya da

zaman gida, a yanayin zafi ko sanyi. Haka nan ma, kiran salla farilla ce ta

kifaya ga sallar Juma’a.

Daga cikin dalilan da ke tabbatar da farlancin kiran salla, akwai:

1. Lazimtar kiran salla da aka yi tun daga lokacin da aka shar’anta shi

har zuwa rasuwar Manzon Allah (tsira da aminci su tabbata a gare

shi) ba tare da sakaci ko rangwame ba.

2. Manzon Allah (tsira da aminci su tabbata a gare shi) ya sanya kiran

salla a matsayin alama ta Musulunci da ke nuna mutanen gari sun

shiga Musulunci kuma suna riqo da shi. Hadisi ya tabbata daga Anas

bn Malik (Allah Ya yarda da shi)

3. Manzon Allah (tsira da aminci su tabbata a gare shi) ya yi umurni da

kiran salla. A cikin Hadisin Malik bn al-Huwairith (Allah Ya yarda

da shi), Manzon Allah (tsira da aminci su tabbata a gare shi) ya ce:

Haka nan, Manzon Allah (tsira da aminci su tabbata a gare shi) ya ce

wa Uthmaan bn Abil ‘Aas (Allah Ya yarda da shi):

Bayan wannan, Manzon Allah (SAW) y ace:

Wannan ya sa Shaykhul Islam Ibn Taimiyyah (Allah Ya jiqansa) ya ce:

Wajibcin kiran salla a kan maza ne ban da mata. Kiran sallar mace ga

maza bai inganta ba. Amma idan mata suka kira salla a tsakaninsu da

murya qasa-qasa ta yadda maza ba za su ji ba, an so haka, kuma kiran

sallar ya yi.5 An tambayi Abdullah bn Umar (Allah Ya yarda da shi): ‘mata

za su kira salla (a tsakaninsu)?’ Sai ya fusata, ya ce: ‘Zan hana zikirin

Allah ne?’6 Haka nan, an tambayi Anas bn Malik (Allah Ya yarda da shi):

‘wajibi ne mata su kira salla?’ Ya ce: ‘A’a, amma idan sun yi (a

tsakaninsu), zikirin Allah ne.’7

An yi savani game da shekarar da aka shar’anta kiran salla. Ibn Hajar

(Allah Ya jiqansa) ya rinjayar da shekara ta farko bayan Hijira.8

3. FALALAR KIRAN SALLA DA MASU KIRAN SALLA

Babu shakka, kiran salla na daga manya-manyan alamomi na addinin

Musulunci, kuma kasancewarsa abu muhimmi, kiran salla da masu kiran

salla na da falala mai yawa da suka tabbata a cikin sahihiyar Sunnar

Manzon Allah (tsira da aminci su tabbata a gare shi). Daga cikin falalar

akwai:

1. Masu kiran salla su ne mafi tsawon wuya a ranar qiyama. Manzon

Allah (tsira da aminci su tabbata a gare shi) ya ce:

ranar qiyama. Abu Sa’eed al-Khudri (Allah Ya yarda da shi) ya ji

5. Ana gafarta wa mai kiran salla gwargwadon nisan muryarsa.

Manzon Allah (tsira da aminci su tabbata a gare shi) ya ce:

6. Ana gafarta zunuban mai kiran salla kuma a shigar da shi Aljanna.

Uqubatu bn `Aamir (Allah Y a yarda da shi) ya ji Manzon Allah

(tsira da aminci su tabbata a gare shi) ya ce:

7. Annabi (tsira da aminci su tabbata a gare shi) ya yi addu’ar neman

gafara ga masu kiran salla. Ya ce:

A qarqashin wannan Hadisin waxansu Malamai sun fahimci cewa kiran salla ya fi limanci falala

domin kuwa amana ta fi lamuni, kuma gafara ta fi shiriya. Dangane da Manzon Allah (tsira da aminci

4. SHARUXXAN KIRAN SALLA DA SIFFOFIN MAI KIRAN

SALLA

Kiran salla na da sharuxxa kamar haka:

Shigan lokacin salla: sabo da Hadisin Manzon Allah (SAW):

Amma sallar Asuba ana yin kiran

kafin alfijir ya fito.

Niyya, kasancewar dukan ayyuka sai da niyya, kamar yadda Hadisi ya

nuna

Amfani da larabci wajen kiran salla, kasancewar shi ne ya tabbata.

Kuma ya kasance bisa adadin da Hadisai ingantattu suka tabbatar, ba

tare da qari ko ragi a cikin lafazi ko adadi ba

Rashin kura-kurai da ke canza ma’ana da tsarin larabci

Yin kiran salla bai xaya ba tare da yankewa ba

Jeranta kalmomi da lafuzzan kiran salla tun daga farko har zuwa qarshe

Xaga murya, ta yadda ba wanda ke kiran salla ne kawai zai ji ba.

Manzon Allah (SAW) ya ce:

Dangane da mai kiran salla, wajibi ne ya zamanto adali kuma amintacce,

mai kiyaye lokaci. Allah ( ) Ya ce: . Manzon

Allah (SAW) ya ce: Mutumin da ba adali ba

ne, ba a amince masa tun da ya sava wa wannan Hadisi. Ibn Taimiyyah

(Allah Ya jiqansa) ya ce:

maimakon kiran salla sabo da wajibi ne a kansu, kuma quncin lokaci ba zai ba su damar haxa kiran

salla da limanci ba, kuma ayyukan da suka shafi maslahar al’umma da ke kansu sun fi kiran salla

muhimmanci.

Shaykh Muhammad bn Saalih al-`Uthaymeen (Allah Ya jiqansa) ya

bayyana cewa kalmar adalci ta qunshi kasancewar mai kiran salla ya

zamanto: Musulmi, mai hankali, namiji, shi kaxai, adali, mumayyazi.19

Bayan wannan, an so mai kiran salla ya yi wannan aiki don neman lada da

dacewa da yardar Allah, ba tare da an ba shi wani abu ba. Manzon Allah

(SAW) ya ce wa Uthmaan bn Abil `Aas (RA): .

Amma idan aka rasa wanda zai yi ba tare da an biya shi ba, ko kuma ya

zamanto mutane sun ga maslaha cikin biyansa albashi, babu laifi ya

karva.21

An so mai kiran salla ya zamanto mai murya sosai, sabo da Manzon Allah

(SAW) ya ce wa Abdullah bn Zaid (RA): , kamar yadda aka so ya zamanto mai daddaxar murya.

Haka nan, an fi son mai kiran salla ya kasance yana iya gane shigan lokaci

da kansa. Idan bai sani ba, babu laifi matuqar akwai wani amintacce da zai

riqa sanar da shi shigan lokaci, domin Ibn Ummi Maktum (RA), xaya daga

cikin masu kiran salla a masallacin Manzon Allah (SAW) makaho ne, ba

ya kiran salla har sai an sanar da shi lokaci ya yi.23

5. SIFFAR KIRAN SALLA

Bincike da bin diddigi cikin ingantattun Hadisai na Manzon Allah (SAW)

na tabbatar da siffofin kiran salla guda uku. Siffofin kiran salla da suka

tabbata su ne:

Siffa ta farko (Jumloli goma sha biyar): Siffar ta qunshi yin kabbara guda

huxu a farko, sa’an nan sauran jumlolin sau bibbiyu, ban da jumlar qarshe,

kamar yadda Hadisin Abdullah bn Zaid (RA) ya tabbatar

Siffa ta biyu (Jumloli goma sha bakwai): Siffar ta qunshi yin kabbara guda

biyu a farko, sa’an nan a maimaita kalmomin shahada da murya ma fi

xaukaka a kan ta farko. Sauran jumlolin kuma sau bibbiyu, ban da jumlar

qarshe, kamar yadda Hadisin Abu Mahdhurah (RA) ya tabbatar

huxu a farko, sa’an nan a maimaita kalmomin shahada da murya ma fi

xaukaka a kan ta farko. Sauran jumlolin kuma sau bibbiyu, ban da jumlar

qarshe, kamar yadda Hadisin Abu Mahdhurah (RA) a wata ruwayar ya

tabbatar

Abubuwan lura:

1. Dukan waxannan siffofi sun inganta, don haka kowace siffar aka

xauka, babu matsala. Sai dai kuma idan aka riqa nau’antawa, ta

yadda za a yi wannan a wani lokaci, wani lokacin kuma a yi waccan,

to ya fi.

2. Sallar Asuba ta kevanta da kira sau biyu: kafin alfijir ya fito da kuma

bayan alfijir ya fito, kamar yadda ta kevanta da qarin

bayan sau biyu. An so a tsakanin kiran salla

na farko da na biyu ya zamanto ba tazara sosai. Hujjar kiran salla na

farko kafin alfijir ya fito na cikin Hadisin Abdullah bn Mas’ud (RA),

Manzon Allah (SAW) ya ce:

3. Malamai sun yi savani game da kiran sallar da ake faxin

a ciki. Waxansu Malamai na ganin a cikin kira na biyu ake faxi.

Amma Magana ma fi qarfi ita ce: ana faxinsa ne a kiran salla na

farko don faxakar da wanda ke ibada cikin dare ko wanda zai yi

azumi cewa alfijir ya kusa fitowa, kuma a farkar da mai barci don ya

yi shirin sallar Asuba, kamar yadda Hadisi ya nuna.

4. Yin amfani da kiran salla da aka xauka a cikin kaset ko wata na’ura

xaukar sauti maimakon haqiqanin kira da mai kiran salla zai yi ga

kowace sallar farilla, bai inganta ba. Sanannen abu ne cewa kiran

salla ibada ce, don haka dole ne ta zamanto [ ]

5. Idan aka haxa salloli guda biyu a lokaci xaya, kamar haxa sallar

Zuhr da Asr a filin Arafah ko Magrib da Isha’ a Muzdalifah ko aka

haxa salloli guda biyu sabo da ruwa, ko sabo da wni dalili da ya

tabbata a Shari’ah, za a yi kiran salla ne ga ta farko kuma a yi iqama

ga kowacensu. A cikin Hadisin Jabir bn Abdillah (Allah Ya yarda da

shi) dangane da haxa sallar Zuhr da Asr a Arafah da Manzon Allah

(tsira da aminci su tabbata a gare shi) ya yi:

Dangane da haxa sallar Magrib da Isha’ kuwa, Jabir (Allah Ya yarda

da shi) ya ce:

6. An so wanda ya kira salla ya zamanto shi ne zai yi iqama, kamar

yadda Bilal (Allah Ya yarda da shi) ya kasance yana yi. Kuma ba a

fara yin iqama ko mutane su miqe tsaye har sai an hango liman yana

zuwa, ko kuma ya miqe idan yana cikin masallacin ne. Wannan shi

ne abin da ya tabbata a cikin Sunnah. Hadisi ya tabbata cewa

Idan wani ya kira salla, wani kuma ya yi iqama, ba bu laifi. Hadisin

da ke cewa da Hadisin da ke nuna cewa Abdullah bn

Zaid (RA) ke yin iqama bayan Bilal (RA) ya kira salla, bas u inganta

ba. Sabo da haka ba za a iya dogaro da su a cikin wannan mas’ala

Akwai nau’o’in iqama guda biyu da suka tabbata a cikin Sunnah. Nau’in farko ya qunshi jumala

goma sha xaya, kamar yadda yake cikin Hadisin Abdullah bn Zaid (RA):

6. LADUBBAN KIRAN SALLA

Akwai ladubban da ake buqatar mai kiran salla ya kiyaye. Daga cikin

ladubban akwai:

1. Alwalla a lokacin da za a kira salla, sabo da dalilan da ke nuna

karhancin ambaton Allah ba tare da alwala ba. Hadisi ya tabbata

cewa an yi wa Manzon Allah (SAW) sallama, alhali yana alwala,

amma bai amsa sallamar ba har sai bayan ya kammala. Sa’an nan ya

ce:

Idan mutum ya kira salla alhali ba shi da alwala, dukan Malamai na

ganin kiran sallar ya yi. Amma idan ya kira salla alhali yana cikin

janaba, da yawa daga Malamai na ganin rashin ingancin wannan

kira. Sai dai kuma Magana ma fi qarfi ita ce kiran sallar ya yi,

kasancewar ba bu wani dalili sahihi da ya hana hakan.

2. An so a kira salla a tsaye, matuqar ba bu wata larura da za ta hana

hakan. Manzon Allah (tsira da aminci su tabbata a gare shi) ya ce: 33

3. Fuskantar alqibla, kasancewar mala’ikan da Abdullah bn Zaid (RA)

ya gani a cikin mafarki, ya kira sallar ne a tsaye, yana mai fuskantar

alqibla.34

4. Shigar da yatsu a cikin kunnuwa yayin kiran salla ko da mai kiran

salla na amfani da na’urar xaukaka sauti, sabo da Hadisin Abu

Juhaifah (Allah Ya yarda da shi) ya ce:

Nau’i na biyu na cikin Hadisin Abu Mahdhurah (RA), kuma ya qunshi jumloli goma sha bakwai

kamar haka:

aminci su tabbata a gare shi) ya ce:

7. LADUBBAN MAI SAURAREN KIRAN SALLA

Mustahabbi ne ga wanda ya ji kiran salla ko iqama ya maimaita abin da

mai kiran salla ko wanda ke tayar da iqama ke faxi har da jumlar

in ban da wurin jumlolin da ake son ya ce

sabo da Hadisin Umar bn al-Khattab (RA), Manzon Allah

Idan mai saurare ya kammala maimata abin da mai kiran salla ya faxi,

kamar yadda ya gabata, an so ya yi salati ga Manzon Allah (tsira da aminci

su tabbata a gare shi), sa’an nan ya nema wa Manzon Allah (tsira da

aminci su tabbata a gare shi) wasila ta hanyar karanta addu’ar da ta tabbata

a cikin Sunnah. Manzon Allah (tsira da aminci su tabbata a gare shi) ya ce:

Dangane da addu’ar nema wa Manzon Allah (tsira da aminci su tabbata a

gare shi) wasila, Manzon Allah (tsira da aminci su tabbata a gare shi) ya

ce:

Daga nan sai ya yi wa kansa addu’a, yana mai neman falalar Allah da

biyan buqatunsa na duniya da lahira. Manzon Allah (tsira da aminci su

tabbata a gare shi) ya ce:

An so wanda ya saurari kiran salla ya yi waxannan abubuwa gaba xaya,

kasancewar ba wani vangare da ya kore wani a cikinsu.

Bayan wannan, an haramta wa wanda salla ta wajaba a kansa ya fita daga

masallaci bayan an kira salla ba tare da wani uzuri ba (kamar yin alwala ko

wanka ko kuma rashin lafiya), sai dai idan yana da niyyar dawo wa kafin a

fara sallar. Abu Hurairah (Allah Ya yarda da shi) ya ga wani mutum ya fita

daga masallaci bayan an kira salla, sai ya ce:

8. KURA-KURAI DA AKE YI A CIKIN KIRAN SALLA

Lura da yadda ake kiran salla a masallatai da dama, da yadda masu sauraro

ke maimaita kalmomin da ake faxi na nuna cewa akwai kura-kurai da

dama da ake aikata wurin kiran sallar. Daga cikin irin waxannan kura-

kurai, akwai:

1. Xaukar cewa kiran salla Sunnah ne ba farilla ta kifaya ba. Bayanai da

dalilan da ke nuna wajibcin kiran salla sun gabata. Wannan ya sa

Shaykhul Islam Ibn Taimiyyah (Allah Ya jiqansa) ya ce:

2. Rarrabe kabbarbari ta yadda za a xan dakata bayan kowace kabbara

xaya, maimakon a haxa kabbarori guda biyu, wato mai kiran salla ya

ce daga nan ya numfasa, sa’an nan ya ce ya qara

numfasawa, sa’an nan ya ce ya qara numfasawa, sa’an nan ya

ce . Yin amfani da wannan salo a wajen kiran salla ya sava wa

zai zamanto . Yin haka kuskure ne babba kuma canza ma’anar

kalmar ce, domin kuwa jam’i ne na , wato ganga. Kenan,

kamar mai kiran salla na siffanta Allah Maxaukakin sarki ne da

wannan siffa.

6. Kyakkyarma murya da jan lafuzzan kiran salla fiye da qima da rera

11. Wuce qa’ida da qetare xabi’a wurin yin maddah ( ) ga harafin da

ke cikin lafazin , ta yadda zai koma

12. Qara harafin cikin lafazin , ta yadda zai koma

13. Wuce qa’ida da qetare xabi’a wurin yin maddah ( ) ga da ke

cikin jumlar , ta yadda zai koma

14. Qara harafin bayan da ke cikin lafazin , ta yadda zai koma

16. Qara jumlar da jumlar a cikin addu’ar nema

wa Manzon Allah (tsira da aminci su tabbata a gare shi) wasila

bayan an kammala kiran salla. Wannan qari bai zo ba sai a cikin

Hadisai masu rauni, kamar yadda Ibn Hajar ya tabbatar a cikin

littafin

17. Faxin bayan mai kiran salla ya ce ko kuma .

Abin da ya tabbata a cikin Sunnah shi ne a maimaita waxannan

lafuzza, kamar yadda bayani ya gabata. Haka nan ma, kuskure ne

faxin idan mai yin iqama ya ce .

Hadisin da ya zo da wannan lafazi yana da tsananin rauni, kamar

yadda Malamai suka tabbatar. Don haka, sai a maimaita abin da mai

yin iqama ya ce, bisa la’akari da Hadisin da ya zo da maganar

maimaita abin da mai kiran salla ya faxi.

18. Shafa idanuwa da manyan yatsu a lokacin da mai kiran salla ya faxi

kalmomin shahada . Hadisin da ya yi

magana a kan haka na qarya ne ( ), kamar yadda manyan

Malamai suka tabbatar.

9. GODIYA DA KAMMALAWA

Daga qarshe, ina godiya ga kwamitin Da’awah da al’amuran Masallatai na

jihar Kaduna, da ya ba ni damar gabatar da wannan qasida, a matsayin

gudummuwa ta ga limamai da masu kiran salla na wannan jiha.

Abin da ya ke daidai, daga Allah ne, kuma ina roqon Ya ba mu lada, kuma

Ya ba mu ikon aiki da shi. Kuskuren da ke ciki, daga gare ni ne, kuma

daga shaixan; Allah da ManzonSa sun

barranta daga gare shi. Ina roqon Allah Ya yafe mani, kuma Ya ba ni ikon

fahimtarsa, don in gyara.
