Starting, the spray is mist-like. As pressure falls, droplets become larger. The solution is a Regulator sprayer. Regardless of the number of pump strokes, the pressure at the nozzle is constant because of the CFValve. On compression sprayers it is set at 14.5 psi (1.0 bar) and on the Bak-Pak® sprayer it is set at 21 psi (1.5 bar.) The nozzle pressure stays constant until the pressure in the tank falls below the set amount, then spray shuts off. With a Regulator sprayer there is less chance of the spray drifting which means lower chemical usage, resulting in savings of up to 24%! Viton® seals.

Starting, the spray is mist-like. As pressure falls, droplets become larger. The solution is a Regulator sprayer. Regardless of the number of pump strokes, the pressure at the nozzle is constant because of the CFValve. On compression sprayers it is set at 14.5 psi (1.0 bar) and on the Bak-Pak® sprayer it is set at 21 psi (1.5 bar.) The nozzle pressure stays constant until the pressure in the tank falls below the set amount, then spray shuts off. With a Regulator sprayer there is less chance of the spray drifting which means lower chemical usage, resulting in savings of up to 24%! Viton® seals.
